True Crime-The Missouri Murders, Hennison Update

It’s time for some True Crime. Two horrific shootouts over the weekend shocked the nation. Two LA Cops shot in a hostage situation in LA. A city council meeting attacked by a very disgruntled citizen, the mayor, two council members, and some police shot, and a teacher assaulted in her classroom by her estranged husband.

An American woman arrested in Saudi Arabia for drinking coffee in Starbucks, a former beauty queen arrested, a police officer arrested for rape and an update on Timothy Hennis and his military trial.

Oddly, this story came through the email. I immediately copied the amazing pics but somehow lost the email verbiage of the crime. There was no link provided at any rate.



Above is the fellow who SURVIVED this axe in his head. If I remember correctly, this guy’s wife found him in bed with the maid or some such. The wife got mad, she found a handy axe and ….

Hey, a pic don’t lie and it doesn’t looked photoshopped, so I figure the story is true.

LA Standoff Results in Two Cops and Perp Shot

This story held the headlines all day this past Thursday, 2/7/08. Seems the perp, now very dead, called the police and said he shot three family members. When the swat team showed up the fellow managed to shoot swat team officers before he was taken down.

LOS ANGELES - A man barricaded himself in a house after telling police he had killed three relatives, then opened fire on a SWAT team Thursday. Five people, including an officer and the gunman, were killed, police said.

There were three victims found dead but the above link does not stipulate who they are. We’ll have more info on this later in the week.

Aruba has declared the Vandersloots “persona non grata” although that means nothing. This corrupt little island should have done something two years ago when this fine young man was pissing upon the feet of all and swearing it was raining.

And how about it, what with all the lying, this fine young man somehow thinks he deserves MONEY!

Oh, and Joran’s father. Heh. A fine, fine father, disposes of his son’s dead girlfriends, no problem.

I’m waiting for our government to ban American travel to Aruba. Let those fine folk who gave the world Joran and his father-of-the-year, Paulus, live with their corruption WITHOUT American bucks to help them along.

Fine Jena 6 Culprit Charged With Assault…AGAIN

In early December, 6 fine athletes from Jena High School jumped a white student, knocked him unconscious then proceeded to kick and beat on him as he lay unable to fend off the blows. This attack was stopped by onlookers before the student was badly injured thus the white student escaped more serious injuries, possibly death.

So Jessie Jackson and Al Sharpton, who have no known jobs except race-baiting, go down to Jena Louisiana and made this whole thing some sort of racial thing, which it was not. The fine Jena 6 who attacked one white student and almost killed him…SIX ON ONE FOLKS…were not the victims the fine Al Sharpton made them out to be.

Now, heh, one of those fine six students has been charged AGAIN, with assault.

A "Jena Six" defendant was arrested Wednesday and charged with assault after a fight with a fellow student at his current high school in Texas, his mother said.

Bryant R. Purvis, 19, now living in the Dallas area, was charged with assault causing bodily injury and is being held in the Carrollton, Texas, city jail without bail pending a bond hearing this morning, a jail official said. The charge is a Class A misdemeanor, with a maximum penalty of no more than a $4,000 fine and a jail sentence of no longer than one year, or both.

Her “crime”? She was at a Starbucks without a related man!

Covered on this Blog here, the fine Saudi religious police arrested this woman for being in public accompanied by a male who was NOT her husband or father.

So protective are the fine House of Saud sons-of-camels, that they don’t want their women out in public gallivanting around with members of the opposite sex. After arresting this woman, what do they do?

They STRIP SEARCH HER!

Such fine, fine men, those Saudis. They must be so proud of themselves.

It turns out that the female arrested was, allegedly, AMERICAN. And she had been bragging just two weeks prior to her arrest at how modern her birth country had become.

"I was boasting about Riyadh, telling him it doesn't deserve its bad reputation," she said. "I told him I never experienced any harassment. I'd had no trouble as a woman. It was business as usual."

But on Monday, Yara learned that she had been wrong. She was thrown in jail, strip-searched, threatened and forced to sign false confessions by the kingdom's "Mutaween" police.

"When I was arrested, it was like going through an avalanche," she said. "All of my beliefs were completely destroyed."

6 Killed in Missouri City Hall Meeting

I chanced to see this fine man’s mother, who must be so damn proud of her son. She went on about how wonderful her son was, well aren’t all mass murderers who kill innocent people?

Then I saw his brother and by now I wanted to slap this band of monkeys into the next century. His brother went on about how we are in Iraq and killing Iraqis…you know, utter nonsense.

CHICAGO -- The City Council in suburban Kirkwood, Mo., had just finished the Pledge of Allegiance on Thursday night when a gunman burst into the meeting room and opened fire, shouting "Shoot the mayor!"



He killed two police officers and three city officials, and he injured at least two others -- including the mayor -- before law enforcement officers fatally shot him.

May his family keep their proud for their fine member. He will still go down in history as a big fat zero.

Man Stabs Wife In Front of Her Fifth Grade Class

The world is a better place as this fine man killed himself and his estranged wife is expected to recover fully.

PORTSMOUTH, Ohio — A teacher's estranged husband charged into her classroom Thursday morning, firing a gun before stabbing her as her fifth-grade students watched, police said. He later was found dead in his home after apparently shooting himself during a standoff with police.

She said she and a few friends were out drinking, just having a good time, goofing off. Somehow she ended up with fewer and fewer clothes as the night went on. Pictures were taken. So while she was crowned Miss Nevada, her crown was taken away from her due to those pics.

It would turn out that Katie Rees might have a bigger drinking problem than she wants to admit. She was recently arrested at 3 am in the morning for kicking, scratching and hitting the police officer who pulled her over.

Rees, who lost her crown in 2006 after racy photos of her emerged on the Internet, was arrested shortly before 3 a.m. Wednesday after she allegedly elbowed and kicked officers who pulled her over on a traffic violation, Las Vegas Metropolitan police told the station.

Timothy Hennis’ Lawyers Gear Up for Trial

This is a fascinating case we are following closely on this Blog.

It seems that Timothy Hennis got two trials for allegedly raping Kathryn Eastburn then murdering her and two of her three children. This crime was committed in 1985, a time when sophisticated DNA tests were not available. At the first trial, Hennis was found guilty and sent to death row. The North Carolina Supreme Court overturned the conviction due to "severe" legal errors. Hennis was tried again and found not guilty by a new set of jurors.

One would think the constitutional protection of legal jeopardy would kick in here but this is the intrigue.

It seems that Hennis can be tried via a military court, or at least that's what's happening to Tim Hennis. After his second trial and subsequent acquittal, Hennis returned to the military and eventually retired.

Hennis was called BACK to active duty after new and modern DNA tests proved Hennis was the rapist of Kathryn Eastburn and/or was present in that house. He was called back to active duty, evidently a very legal thing for the military to do, for the specific purpose of finally trying him for the three free murders he got back in 1985.

Frankly I’m glad the government is going after this fine, fine man who raped and killed a young mother and murdered two of her children. I hope the North Carolina court is proud for letting this brave man loose and that jury who later released him yet again.

But perhaps that’s bitterness speaking. It is how our justice system works.

Now modern DNA tests prove this fine man WAS the man who raped Kathryn Eastburn BUT there’s that thorny issue of our constitution’s “double jeopardy”. Since the fine Timothy Hennis is a lifelong military vet, the plan now is to court-martial this guy.

Lawyers for Army Master Sgt. Timothy B. Hennis tried to make the case Monday that the military does not have jurisdiction to court-martial him in a 23-year-old triple murder.

The point is important because Hennis already has been acquitted in civilian court. Only the military is allowed to try him again for the murders of Kathryn Eastburn and two of her daughters, 5-year-old Kara and 3-year-old Erin, on May 9, 1985.

Hennis was first convicted in North Carolina court and sentenced to death. But he won a new trial on appeal and was acquitted in April 1989.

A little five year old and three year old murdered by this fine military man.

Trial is scheduled in June of this year. Let’s hope this man gets SOME punishment for cutting off the lives of these innocents.

Police Officer Charged With Rape; Arrest Warrant Sealed

I find it hard to believe that this fellow isn’t guilty of SOMETHING, in that after an investigation, the fine protector of the police was arrested.

Albuquerque police Officer David Maes is being held at the Metro Detention Center on a $200,000 bond.

According to investigators, a woman arrested last Thursday told officers that Maes sexually assaulted her while she was in custody.

The Albuquerque Police Department's sex crime unit spent this week investigating the allegations and this Thursday found probable cause to arrest Maes and charge him with rape.

I’m confused as to why the arrest warrant on this guy was sealed. When the cops start being the bad guys it’s worrisome enough. Although I suppose it might be to protect the identity of the rape victim.

Another Strange Looking Criminal

Last week I had a picture of a strange criminal. This week, we have a fellow who evidently likes to call in bomb threats. Paint him blue and he could be a Smurf.

Keith Timothy Hamrah, 24, has been charged with threatening to bomb, as well as public intoxication.

In May of 2005, Natalee Holloway, a recent graduate just barely of age, joined some of her school mates on a much-anticipated graduation trip to the island paradise of Aruba.

Came the time to fly back home, Natalee was nowhere to be found.

The last time Natalee was seen she was leaving with three locals, one Deepak Kalpoe and his brother Satish. Also along was Joran Vandersloot, a local kid known to frequent Aruba's night spots trolling for pretty American girls.

For two and a half year the Aruban and Dutch investigators fooled around with this case, "arresting" many suspects, including those three Aruban brats, then letting them go.

Suddenly, in November of 2007 Joran and the Kalpoe brothers are arrested. An announcement by Aruban authorities came with news of the arrests that "new and incriminating" evidence had been found.
