The Upcoming Chandra Levy Trial, Will a Pathetic One Go to Jail for Condit’s Crime?

In True Crime, a rather pathetic immigrant is being charged for the murder committed by Gary Condit. Condit was the only American to benefit from the attacks of 9-11-01 as that event took him and his involvement in the then disappearance and eventual murder of his lover, Chandra Levy. The fact that this innocent is being charged with Condit’s crime speaks volumes for the idiot prosecutors involved in this judicial disaster. But maybe it’s the plan?

Trial for Murder of Chandra Levy Now Underway

As I am to understand, the trial of Ingmar Guandique for the murder of Chandra Levy is now underway and a jury is being selected. News of this blockbuster case is kind of scarce. In a search online HERE is only one of a few mentions of the manner.

First, I got a bridge to sell, cheap, to anyone who thinks this pathetic loser murdered the girl that Congress Critter Gary Condit actually DID murder.

Below is a summary of my own research of Gary Condit.

Condit always had Chandra meet him with no ID on her. They went to great lengths to meet secretly in his apartment. Condit told Chandra to tell anyone in his building who should ask that she was there to meet a sick relative. Chandra never got off the elevator on Condit’s floor.
Police discovered all of Chandra’s ID, her wallet, her cell phone, still in her apartment after she went missing. How likely is a young woman to leave all this behind unless this was part of a pre-plan? Chandra’s computer was also found to have been used for a search of Rock Creek Park. Chandra’s body was found in Rock Creek Park.
Chandra left a message on her Aunt’s phone on the day she went missing, something to the effect that she had really exciting news and an urge for her Aunt to call her back quickly.
Chandra’s parents, in their desperation to find their missing daughter, contacted Gary Condit after learning about her relationship with the congressman from Chandra’s Aunt. Condit said he had no idea where Chandra went, that he and Chandra were just friends. Condit said he would contact the DC police to help find Chandra but he did no such thing. Note Condit denied having sort of affair with Chandra until he could no more. Lies, lies and more lies. He lied until he got caught.
Condit was a congress critter. Congress types have meetings with constituents, scheduled votes, appointments with the media. Their movements are tracked closely. On the day Chandra disappeared, no one has any proof whatsoever where Condit was all day.
In an effort to create an alibi, Condit declared that he met with a reporter on the day Chandra disappeared but he got caught. The reporter had proof that the date of the meeting with Condit was not the day Condit said it was. Condit has NO alibi for the afternoon Chandra went missing, goodness you think there’d be SOME proof of his whereabouts for almost eight hours or some part thereof, wouldn’t you?
Under public pressure, Condit did finally take a lie detector test but get this, it was a PRIVATE test, rejected completely by the DC police as invalid.

I was not a Blogger when Chandra Levy was murdered but have kept up on the case on my Blog HERE and HERE.

First, the Condit/Levy story was blown right off of the front page on 9-11-01 when four planes were hijacked and rammed into our buildings by a bunch of radical Muslims. Since I don’t work for NPR I can’t get fired for saying this.

The evidence against Condit for the murder of Chandra Levy is largely circumstantial but whew, the circumstances are fairly overwhelming. For the entire day that Chandra went missing NO ONE knew where Condit was. This guy was a congress critter! These fellows have their entire days scheduled down to the minute. Further, in an effort to invent an alibi for himself, Condit declared he had an interview with a reporter. The reporter called him on the lie. Now why did Condit lie about this?

Sadder, the evidence against Guandique is as meager as the evidence against Condit is prolific. Guandique passed a lie detector test when he denied having nothing to do with Levy’s murder. There is no DNA or physical evidence tying Guandique to the crime, none of his DNA on Chandra’s body, nothing. Guandique is currently serving a ten year sentence for attacking two female joggers in 2002. BOTH of these joggers escaped Guandique but we are to believe the athletic, young and strong Levy was the only one of Guandique’s victims to avoid escape?

In fact, the only evidence against Guandique are some jailhouse confessions he made to other convicts. Well here’s a kind of nobody all in jail for robbing some female joggers and with a lie or two he can achieve some notoriety, some attention, on his pathetic life. Guandique claimed that he DID kill Chandra but he was paid by Condit to do so.

Come on. I still got that bridge, cheap. If Guandique did the crime, why does the lie detector affirm that he did not? Why does nobody really know how the lie detector Condit took turned out, for that matter?

Supposedly the jury selection started for this trial on 10/17/10. Even more intriguing, Gary Condit is scheduled to be called in as a witness. I got a bridge to sell if Condit takes that stand.

Hey, maybe the law folks are setting this obvious miscarriage of justice specifically TO catch Condit in some kind of lie.

By me, the charges against Guandique for the murder of Chandra Levy were made when Guandique was in jail anyway. By having SOMEONE charged with the crime, it makes the DC cops not look like the boobs they are. Heh. Remember the Sniper case?

Since Guandique is in jail for ten years, it was easy enough to charge him with the Levy murder and let bygones be bygones. Now that Guandique’s sentence will soon expire or he will be up for parole, somebody’s got to make a move on this thing.

I’ll be watching this circus closely.

Joran Vandersloot Revisited

Really bad people tend not to accept their get-out-of-jail-free cards and go off to live a quiet, low-key life, thankful for the freedom they don't deserve. No. Like Oj Simpson, and now the fine, fine Joran Vandersloot, they continue along with their wreckless ways.

Too bad stupid juries and corrupt investigators allow them one more murder before they finally get put away for the safety of all.

Ever since Natalee Holloway disappeared from Aruba I’ve been closely following and documenting the Holloway/Vandersloot story LIST HERE.

Now the fine, fine fellow goes and kills another young female and hey, isn’t it time that this guy go away for, oh, say…forever?

And let us note right now that his father, the fine, fine Paulus Vandersloot, dead at 57 and now, as you read this, burning in hell. For it was Paulus, who was so fond of his son, who took Natalee’s body out in the boat and dumped her at sea.

This is purely my speculation, as no one has a video of this action, but the entire span of Vandersloot sleuths mostly believe that Paulus Vandersloot was the wonderful Dad who got rid of the girl’s body for his son….such a fine, fine man. Don’t all good Dads throw away their son’s female victims in the sea?

Let’s go over some details about Vandersloot’s latest victim. First, she allegedly had amphetamines in her blood. Now it’s not all that significant that Stephany Flores, Vandersloot’s latest victim, had any kind of drugs in her blood in that this does not give Jordan the right to murder her, although hey, Jordan, murdering young women, it’s what he does. And he does it well.

The reason I find this factoid intriguing is that the popular scuttlebutt is that Natalie Holloway was believed to have been drugged, possibly by a date rape drug surreptitiously administered by Joran. So the presence of drugs in Stephany’s system is worth noting.

Natalie Holloway disappeared in 2005. Her disappearance and the subsequent attempt to either find her body, or both, occupied the headlines for many months. Joran, thanks to the fine efforts of his parents, who must be so proud of this young man, as well as the very, very honest and trustworthy Aruban authorties, managed to walk away a free man.

Said freedom leaving him able to blackmail Natalie’s mother, Beth, and murder Stephany Flores.

It’s a strange ending and coupled with the rather ignoble ending of OJ Simpson, ironic and serendipitous. Because murderers, thugs, and thieves, they don’t change their stripes. The sad thing is often someone else has to die before justice is done. With O.J. we got lucky but as O.J. learned, the world never forgot what he did, how he got a free pass, how he didn’t have the decency to keep a low profile, to live and enjoy the freedom and life he denied two other people. Instead he had to be a big asshole, trying to pass off a book about his crime for profit and getting criminally involved with the sale of football collection peraphenalia.

Same with Joran. Did this young man buckle down and stick to his studies, attempt to finish his schooling, keep his life straight and good, with the free murder he was given? No. Instead he’s driving around smoking dope, bragging about his experience with Natalie, gambling and blackmailing his victims, until finally, well Flores was looking up Vandersloot’s history on the Internet and she did need to die.

Now this fine, fine fellow, who we all love and admire, is boo-hooing that he

was tricked into confessing:

According to De Telegraaf, the 22-year-old Dutchman said he only signed papers admitting killing Stephany Flores because he was intimidated during interrogation and had been promised he would be transferred to the Netherlands. Van der Sloot claimed he had been "tricked" into confessing.

Now Joran Vandersloot will finally be confined to jail, right where he belongs. If Natalie Holloway were alive she’d likely be a recent college graduate. She’d probably be enjoying her life, perhaps setting up her own place for the first time, eager, happy, looking forward to a bright future, a husband, children.

Same with Stephany Flores.

Time to stick Joran in the cell and close the door on this big zero.

Not so says one reader, with a really good explanation why and yet another reason to lament these boys walking free while those girls remain dead forever.

The Underwear Bomber, heh, pleads “not guilty” although this case should NOT be a True Crime as I argued in my original post on the matter, yet it is. We got an update on this yet another stupid action on the part of President Obama.

Laurel and Hardy Arrested For Selling Drugs

Carlos Laurel, 31, and Andre "Sug" Hardy, 39, of Lincoln Street, face eight charges related to cocaine trafficking. Police arrested Laurel and Hardy after they showed up at a Kingston residence and allegedly delivered 50 bags of cocaine to the unidentified occupant Tuesday at about 5:53 p.m. Police estimate street value of the cocaine was $2,500.

Man Arrested For Having Sex With Tree

William Shaw, 21, has been ordered by a court not to enter Central Park in Airdrie, Scotland after claims he attempted to have intercourse with the plant.

It is alleged he dropped his trousers and underpants while in the visitor attraction in September last year.

It is claimed he then tried to have simulated sex with the tree while his trousers were around his ankles.
Shaw, of Airdrie, pleaded not guilty to an act of public indecency at the town's sheriff court.

Seriously.

And don’t you know, as there always are, there’s a neighbor who declares the perp was “a quiet lad”.

Ms. D., Dr. Bradley, and Beau Biden-Dr. Bradley

The woman’s name was blared all over the local yokel radio station but for the purposes of this Blog, we’ll call her Ms. D.

Ms. D. formed a one-woman protest group, embarked upon a determined, well-meaning but misguided mission, and not only helped salvage some possible future recompense for innocent victims but may well have provided yet one more straw to collapse Delaware Attorney General’s quest for his father’s former Senatorial seat.

The Attorney General referred to is Beau Biden, currently Delaware’s Attorney General and son of Joe, this nation’s VP. The innocent victims are those molested by a perverted Pediatrician recently caught and arrested here in the swamps of Delaware, Dr. Eric Bradley.

Today, Monday, 1/25/10, Beau Biden announced he would NOT be seeking his father’s seat as Delaware’s Senator and it’s a good thing. First, the country is leaning to the party opposite of the Democrats, who are making a mess of everything. My assertion is bolstered by recent election victories in formerly blue to purple states including Virginia, New Jersey and more recently, the bluest of all, Massachusetts. Not a good political clime for a snot-nosed, inexperienced doofus of an AG, who only won HIS seat due to the Biden name, to be seeking a Senate seat when the country’s running screaming in horror from all things Democrat, much less the son of the country’s second highest Democrat not known for his own genius.

Second, Beau would be challenged by Rep. Mike Castle, possibly the biggest challenger imaginable to run against young Beau. Castle had been Governor of Delaware for eight years and has served as the ONLY representative from Delaware in America’s House, Delaware being one of the few states with more senators than representatives. Castle is known widely in Delaware as a Republican more along the lines of Olympia Snowe than Ronald Reagan but he did vote against that awful health care thing and the Castle name is at least as recognizable as Biden in the swamps of Delaware.

Third, Beau has not done such a bang-up job as Delaware’s AG, as over and over again he must be mopped up behind, reminded, slapped about and otherwise receive on-the-job training for a job he was ill-experienced for right from the start.

The story of Ms. D. is yet one more huge mixup attributable to Beau Biden, that champion of the innocent and protector of citizen safety.

“I want the government to go into Dr. Bradley’s offices, take all that medical equipment that’s still in there, and send it to Haiti where they really need it,” Ms. D. told me on the telephone that Sunday morning.

Dr. Bradley’s offices are, indeed, sitting vacant on Delaware’s Rt. 1 in Lewes, right alongside Delaware’s sea shores and oceans. He occupied a big building fronted with a large sign adorned by a huge yellow bumblebee. The practice name was BAYBEES. There was a little ferris wheel outside of the entry door. Bradley likely designed his practice sitting center of Delaware’s major tourist area to attract tourists to his practice for sunburns, jellyfish stings, the stuff of vacations.

Only Dr. Bradley was an evil man. A few month’s ago, one of his little patients, a two year old, managed to convince her father that Dr. Bradley touched her in a most inappropriate manner and that father managed to convince investigators that something evil was going on in that charming BAYBEE medical center.

Dr. Bradley, it would appear, chose his victims so that any complaints they might have had would be dismissed by the parents as the childish issues toddlers would have with a probing medico. It is rumored that some of Dr. Bradley’s victims were as young as 3 months old.

Fortunately the investigation of Dr. Bradley will not rest on the halting beginning speech of youngsters. For Dr. Bradley, the pervert to end them all, evidently VIDEOTAPED his actions. There are rumored to be a hundred plus victims on his horrific videotapes.

I told Ms. D. that I doubted the government could go in and take Dr. Bradley’s medical supplies and send them to Haiti no matter how heinous his crimes.

“But you think they’d get some sort of injunction against the place, lock it down for evidence, maybe, at the least to save any assets for recompense of the victims,” I told her.

Now Ms. D. was more interested in helping victims of the Haiti earthquake and she felt, righteously, that why should all those medical supplies sit unused in an abandoned building owned by a most heinous man. I felt she was misguided but I did think she had a point. What the hell was going to happen to that building now, I wondered. That big bumblebee and ferris wheel that had been so cute now stood in stark reminder of the evil within, adding salt to the wound it was all smack in the middle of one of Delaware’s most prosperous areas, our beautiful sea shores. The thing had become an eyesore.

Ms. D. told me that she’d called Beau Biden’s office but no one would get back to her about what’s going on with Bradley’s practice, the building, the contents within.

“I understand he has Disney memorabilia in there worth a lot of money,” Ms. D. told me. Ms. D. is a member of my church and I am a local yokel Blogger but beyond that, I don’t know why she called me, but she did.

She was determined to follow her mission. She had huge signs made and while she tried to recruit fellow marchers to stand in solidarity in front of the BAYBEE medical center, only Ms. D. showed up with her signs.

A local radio station caught wind of Ms. D.’s mission because, well she was standing on the busiest road in this part of the swamps of Delaware and evidently somebody began doing some calling into the office of Delaware’s Attorney General.

Delaware prosecutors have filed a civil racketeering lawsuit against Lewes Pediatrician Dr. Earl Bradley--accused of sexually assaulting several of his patients. The lawsuit against Bradley was filed late yesterday. A spokesman for attorney general Beau Biden said the lawsuit is intended to protect Bradley's personal assets for his alleged victims. State law allows the Department of Justice to put a lien on those assets and seek forfeiture.

Note that “late yesterday” thing. Ms. D. had been following her determined mission for three days when finally Beau Biden’s office got around to filing some sort of thing that would hold Bradley’s assets for his victims? What if Haiti didn’t have that earthquake? What if Ms. D. didn’t get it into her head that Bradley’s medical supplies should be sent to Haiti?

Would Dr. Bradley’s office be sitting open and subject to ransack for …how long? This is the sort of thing a state kind of expects its Attorney General to tend to.

Ms. D. had good intentions, however misguided. But she DID cause Delaware’s totally clueless AG to do his job and this folks…

…is just one story as to why Beau Biden isn’t running for Delaware’s Senate seat.

Delaware owes Ms. D. a big thank you.

The Texas “Yogurt Shop” Murders-Update

I’d watched a recent “48 Hours” show about the so-called “Yogurt Shop” murders, around January 5, 2010 or thereabouts.

As a True Crime Afficiando I was surprised I’d never heard of the Yogurt Shop murders and the “48 Hours” show was, indeed, intriguing.

I’d complained in my True Crime Blog post on the matter, HERE, about various issues not covered in great detail on the “48 Hours show” and, as is my wont, I had some thoughts and opinions on other elements of the crime and investigation.

I received a very thoughtful email about that crime, including an explanation that was not provided in the “48 Hours” story. I will include the entirety of the email below but will withhold the identity of the sender.

Yon reader should deduce, as I did, that the writer of this explanation knows a thing or two about this story and conclude whatever conclusions that belief would bring about.
I have never responded to a blog, or publicly given details of the yogurt shop murder investigation. Your analysis of the 48 Hours program seemed very accurate and unbiased. I would like to explain to you one issue that was not explained on the show, and never really explained in any of the other press, not even from the prosecutor’s office. That is the issue of using one co-conspirator’s testimony against the other. The defense, all the press, and even the court of appeals, said that you have a right to confront witnesses against you. You mentioned in your article that,

“Neither of these guys had a right to confront and question their accusers who were, in this case, each other. So if Scott’s testimony that Springsteen shot the girls first was used to convict Springsteen, well Springsteen should have had the opportunity to cross examine Scott.”

Knowing about the publicity that this case got I figure most people made the same assumption you just made, but that’s not what happened.

There was a ruling Texas case that had occurred with a similar situation, and in that case, the court spelled out how to use one statement against another. First of all, the statements were going to be hearsay because the co-defendants were not going to be taking the stand. Hearsay statements can only be used in specified instances, one of which is, that the statement is against the person’s self-interest. In other words, the person said in their statement that THEY did something bad. The previous Texas case had ruled that you can use one person’s statement in another’s trial, but you can’t use any part of the statement that would accuse, or even mention the defendant. In other words, Michael Scott’s statement was redacted so that it only included things that Michael Scott said HE did. He never mentioned Robert Springsteen, other people (other than the victims), or even that other people were with him. So at the trial, Michael Scott never accused Robert Springsteen of anything. The reason Michael Scott’s redacted statement could be used is because it only said things that were against Michael Scott’s self-interest. The same thing was done with Robert Springsteen’s statements used “against” Michael Scott at Michael Scott’s trial.

And the prosecution was following a procedure that had been recently spelled out in appeals court.

After the trials, another case was on higher appeal. When it was overturned, that court said that one co-conspirator’s statement TO THE POLICE can not be used against another co-conspirator. I thought this was a terrible ruling. The statements to the police were recorded and video-taped, so there is absolutely no question about what the person said, and the circumstances under which they made their statements. The court ruling still allows co-conspirator’s statements to civilians to be used against defendants. They do get the person to have on the stand and cross-examine who is claiming to have heard the co-conspirator make a statement, but I personally trust the recording over the third person’s memory.

But since the court made the ruling, the prosecution had no recourse. When the yogurt shop first appeal was overturned based on the other appeal, the prosecution did appeal that ruling, but it wasn’t really considered, and the case had to be re-tried.

I do fault the prosecutor of the first case for allowing taped testimony of one perp at the trial of another. Prosecutors and Attorney Generals should know the constitution.

Most people will fault the prosecutor as you do, but the prosecutor was following a procedure that had been specifically spelled out in a ruling case in his jurisdiction. And, they did use taped testimony of one perp at the trial of another, but they never mentioned the defendant or accused the defendant of anything in the tape.

There’s really no need for me to go further with the explanation as the writer accomplished this just fine.

I will say that the “48 Hours” episode made it sound like the prosecutor was a dunce, trying a case in complete violation of the right to confront an accuser’s clause in the U.S. constitution. When the prosecutor based the decision to use two of the alleged perps’ confessions in each other’s trials based on a Texas case that SPECIFICALLY allowed such hear-say evidence so long as the stuff being heard was only that information the original confessor said about HISSELF.

The “48 Hours” episode led the viewer to believe that Scott’s confession, played at Springsteen’s trial, accused Springsteen of being there when only those parts of the audiotaped Scott confession were played that had Scott speaking ONLY about Scott’s part in the crime.

Or maybe this viewer got it confused, I’ll allow CBS some slack here.

My bigger concern in the Blog post was my argument and defense that two of those guy’s confessed and I go to great lengths to argue that folks seldom confess to crimes they did not commit, especially these two thugs.

But I am glad to have received this clarification and take this opportunity to set the record straight.

Underwear Bomber Fiasco Being Investigated By Congress

In my original coverage of this “True Crime” story, HERE, I lamented that this story should NOT even be eligible for inclusion in this Blog’s contents in that what the fine Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab did was really an act of war and was no way a crime with the criminal eligible for all the perks of U.S. citizenship.

But since it HAS been classified by the very intelligent, very successful, highly regarded Obama administration as a True Crime so I must follow up.

It would seem, using common sense not used by the Obama administration that crafts legislation giving millions of dollars of federal tax cuts to Nebraska and Louisiana, something formerly known as bribery, not to mention giving tax breaks to Obama supporters in mighty unions that the mere mundane amongst us will not have, that the Underwear Bomber was NOT interrogated by this HIG.

Why not?

If the Underwear Bomber is not a high-value Detainee THAN WHO THE HELL IS?

The man was trained by an Al-Queda unit in Yemen and scuttlebutt is that when he was first questioned he was singing like a canary.

So who decided NOT to have this guy interrogated by this HIG group? Does this HIG group even exist?

How long before Americans die by scores because of the lackluster concern of this administration with those determined to murder us all?

Pray that those congress critters grow some and keep looking into this.

We got some new crimes to report on this Blog. These are cases never reported on the Blog before and there’s now updates on the cases/investigations so we take a look-see.

Haleigh Cummings is a little girl who should be skipping rope and chasing butterflies even as I type. Instead Haleigh’s gone missing and that childish stepmother of hers was the last to see her alive. Now Haleigh’s father and stepmother are arrested for drug trafficking.

Betty Broderick didn’t want to be married to her cheating husband so she killed the cheat. Movies were made about her and now Betty’s up for parole. Updates on the latest on this case.

And how about John Edwards fathering that child? I was just so shocked! Who knew?

Will There Ever Be Justice for Little Haleigh Cummings?

At around 8pm on 2/9/09, Misty Croslin, now the ex-wife of Ronald Cummings, put little 5 year old Haleigh Cummings to bed along with her older brother. Misty Croslin is a big kid herself, a bratty piece of nothing that I want to slap silly every time I see her lying face on TV.

At around 3 am in the morning Misty woke up to find Haleigh missing, with a cinder block holding the front door ajar. Rumors of parties and other events at the home abound but Misty insists she had nothing to do with Haleigh’s disappearance.

Her husband at the time, now her ex-husband, Ronald Cummings, isn’t much better. He is Haleigh’s biological father but given half a chance this weasel lurches to defend that piece of nothing he married for whatever stupid reason.

Ronald Cummings has been all over the place as regards Misty, first staunchly defending her, then admitting on TV that he suspects Misty.

He and Misty divorced last year and Misty, fine, fine piece of womanhood that snit, has been in all sorts of trouble ever since. Now I am to understand that Misty and Ronald BOTH got their fine selves arrested for trafficking in drugs.

CNN) -- The father of missing child Haleigh Cummings and his ex-wife have been arrested on drug-trafficking charges in Florida, authorities said.

Little Haleigh never had a chance with this crew watching over her. Likely Haleigh’s dead and that turn Misty knows where. Seriously this woman-child annoys the hell out of me.

And I’m betting that the authorities are not happy with this crew of n’er-do-wells as they’ve been following them closely.

The article hints that there’s pressure being put on Ronald to reveal what he knows about his ex-wife and the night Haleigh went missing.

Here’s what I think is going on here: Ronald didn’t have anything to do with Haleigh’s disappearance as I see it. He was working the midnight shift that night. It was Ronald who called in the report on his missing daughter, but not until in the morning when he came home from work. If Misty noticed that cinderblock at 3 in the morning, why didn’t she phone in something?

I think that Misty told Ronald what happened to Haleigh and I’ll go out on a limb and suggest that Misty lost her temper and somehow hit or injured Haleigh enough to kill her.

Now Ronald, a fine, fine man…a stalwart prideful man who will protect his family at all costs, waffled as regards that silly slut he married. First he stood by her side, asserting firmly that he did not believe Misty had anything to do with Haleigh’s disappearance.

Then Ronald began to crumble. This story has been the darling of the Nancy Grace crowd for over a year now and at one point Nancy Grace interviewed the fine, fine Ronald, and he indicated that he did believe Misty might know more about Haleigh’s disappearance than she was revealing.

I think some lawyer or another got to Ronald and told him to clam up and I don’t know why but these two got a divorce.

Now they’re back together selling drugs. That slattern Misty’s been involved with drugs right along, that murdering lying tramp.

I don’t understand or know why they got a divorce but evidently there was great love and family unity when these two got to selling drugs.

Now the authorities have something to hold over the fine, fine brave Ronald’s head, who will do anything to protect his children.

Haleigh deserves some justice. She was an innocent child who should be singing and laughing. This year she’d probably be starting school.

And that Misty bitch belongs behind bars.

I think this will happen soon. Both of those idiots are too stupid to know how to carry this through.

Betty Broderick Denied Parole

This is one mean lady. And she’s still on a mission to justify her actions.

I remember seeing this woman’s story on some movie, probably a Lifetime thing.

Betty Broderick was done dirty, make no mistake. Her husband left her for a younger, slimmer and prettier version. He was a prominent lawyer and Betty asserted that her husband used his legal inside contacts and knowledge to have her children removed from her custody. It could be but the courts do not often remove children from their mother unless for good reason, no matter how influential the father. Just a hunch.

There’s really no telling what was going on in inside that marriage and it’s probably true that Betty got thrown over in a very unceremonious, even humiliating fashion.

Well who the hell hasn’t?

But we don’t go getting guns and killing our former lovers/spouses and their new loves. And let’s not forget that Betty had been seriously obsessed with her husband, constantly calling him with obscene phone calls, throwing pies at him, the sort of stuff people who need a date with reality tend to do.

So Betty Broderick got soundly rejected for parole for her killings of two people in 1991, with one of her own children summing it up ever so wisely:

Dan Broderick, 33, said his mother was "hung up on justifying what she did."

John Edwards Father of Love Child-WHAT A SURPRISE!

Please let us not forget that this paragon of virtue was almost this country’s Vice-President had Al Gore been able to steal the election in 2000. He might even be President now if Gore had his way with the theft.

Scott Ritter was a UN weapons inspector. This pervert made the news by asserting that Saddam Hussein had no weapons of mass destruction. And before yon reader yells out the Democrat mantra that Hussein did NOT have WMD…recall that Hussein had no STOCKPILES of WMD’s, that he had months of warnings about an American invasion, that this fine man and his two perverted sons were killed by their own people, that Saddam invaded Kuwait and was a bad actor on the world stage. To defend this man is…well let us ask the question, IS THE WORLD BETTER OFF WITHOUT THIS CREEP AND HIS TWO SONS IN POWER?

And yet this American fellow, Scott Ritter, defended the fine, fine Saddam and even at the time it was revealed that, ahem, Ritter had some, eh, “issues” with young women. I believed at the time and I believe it even more now with this revelation, that Saddam has some damning information on Ritter. Further, it was discovered that Ritter had accepted some sort of money from Saddam which wasn’t a bribe, oh no. Ritter was going to “make a movie” with the money, a movie I’ve yet to see.

SOME COLD CASES

I did a book review on a cold case unit in New York recently. Then on 1/9/2010 I watched a “48 Hours” episode on a real old case and my pique was raised.

The so-called “yogurt murders”, so-named because of the four young girls murdered in an “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Yogurt” store, was the case covered on the “48 Hours” episode. Erin Moriarity was the host and I watched the story of the yogurt murders with unbelieving and shocked eyes. For the murderers of these beautiful young girls now walk the streets. This is a case where DNA evidence did the prosecution dirty.

While we’re on the subject, we have two more old cases with very believable and ostensible perps identified. One involves a young girl whose brother finally admitted to murdering her and remember the Tylenol poisonings?

Cat MUST Serve on Jury

Well hey, the cat’s name IS Sal Esposito. Sounds like a human to me, perhaps an Italian, the sort who drinks red wine with gooey lasagne and smokes a big cigar afterward.

The couple thinks the issue stemmed from an error on the last census form. Just like any other member of the family, Anna listed Sal under the "pets" section. "I just wrote 'Sal Esposito', scratched out the 'dog,' and wrote, 'cat,'" Anna told MSNBC News.

Frankly I’m not sure I’d want a cat serving on my jury, in the event I ever needed one. Cats, I dunno, they’re a little arrogant. I’m thinking a cat would sleep during the presentation of the case and vote me guilty from sheer boredom.

Fake Vegies and the Insult to Us Stupid Americans

The produce used on the Food Network's Jan. 3 Iron Chef of America two-hour special White House show was billed as being from the White House garden. But the show did not disclose that "stunt double vegetables" were used and not produce from the First Family's garden.

Seriously folks. In January of the year I’d have no problem understanding that the veggies of the gardens have long yielded to icy frosts and any fresh vegetables used in the cooking show then on would likely come from more temperate climes. There was no need to lie to me like I’m too dumb to figure it out.

Well frankly I did kind of scratch my head a bit because I watched this show, Food Network’s “Iron Chef” being one of my more favorite cooking shows. When it was announced, by none other than our very honest First Lady, that the veggies the Iron Chefs would use came from the White House garden, well I wondered how they were still getting fresh veggies out of a garden in January, even in middle America Washington D.C.

Hey, some vegetables do quite well in colder weather. Cabbages, for example, kale. I don’t think they grow right into January but I figured hey, it’s the White House, maybe they have little greenhouses and things.

Point being…well I believed it. I figured there were some caveats to the veggies being straight from the White House garden, like that morning a bunch of Iron Chef interns went out and ripped out potatoes, carrots and turnips out of the ground to go on the air after a quick rinse to remove the sand. I thought there must be those greenhouse things, all covered with warming plastic, maybe the care of taxpayer-funded gardeners tilling and minding the growth.

Why couldn’t the program’s announcers say that the secret ingredient would be vegetables grown in the White House garden this past summer, maybe show some pictures of robust vegetables as they looked when pulled from the ground at the Fall harvest? I mean, I wouldn’t have gotten mad or anything. I don’t live far from D.C. I get it that in January we don’t have vegetables still growing in the ground except under the extenuating circumstances as I indicate above.

But they have to lie! They have to lie about every damn little thing, lie, lie, lie.

I know politicians lie, dear Lord I’m almost 60 years old. But the current occupants of this White House bring the art of the lie to new and previously unknown heights.

Pervert Pediatricians; Josh Powell

The swamps of Delaware, here where I live, were rocked with the news of a local Pediatrician who had not only been molesting the children he was charged with healing, but he was videotaping his heinous acts as well.

Now we learn of another Pediatrician involved with harming his innocent patients and we wonder if the horror will ever cease.

Also, the fine, fine Josh Powell, who took his children on a Sunday midnight camping trip in freezing weather the night his wife went missing is…MOVING!

Yes he’s taking his children and leaving the state. Certainly the actions of a grieving husband whose wife suddenly went missing, don’t you agree?

A Lesson For All Parents, Don’t Automatically trust Your Pediatricians

A horror story now rocking the swamps of Delaware was first covered on this Blog HERE.

He’s been a Pediatrician in this area where I live for almost 20 years. His office is a large ostentatious building on our local Route 1 near the beach, called BAYBEES pediatric center. There’s a little ferris wheel outside and a big icon of a bright yellow bumblebee on the sign.

It’s a cute sort of sign, exactly the sort of place you’d feel very comfortable taking your toddler. It’s also a keen location in a beach resort area and by its nature would attract visitors to the practice for such as sunburns and other vacation type of ailments.

Dr. Bradley was arrested for 33 counts of child molestation and is being held for over $2 million dollars bail.

The people in this area are reeling from the shock. Dr. Bradley practiced medicine in the local hospital, is well-known and respected.

Now we learn of this fine pair of TWIN pediatricians also abusing their patients.

The doctor was indicted last year, along with his twin brother, on 22 counts of sex and child pornography charges. He is on house arrest and is fitted with an electronic monitor.

Scott Blankenburg, now classified a Tier II sexual offender, has been given until Feb. 15 to start serving the sentence to allow him to copy patient records and close his practice.

I told my daughter to never, ever trust any pediatrician willy-nilly. Daughter told me how concerned she became once when a dentist where she took Kaitlyn for dental care would take her off and not allow her to come back and stay with the child. “But both of the people working on Kaitlyn were women,” daughter said.

Well don’t even trust women. For flying under the radar I am to understand that there were lots of female nurses in this area who had suspicions about Dr. Bradley and what he did in that infamous cellar of his, some who quit abruptly and with no explanation.

Also, the local yokel hospital once put Dr. Bradley on probation, requiring him to have an observer on hand for all examinations. Hey folks, the hospital didn’t do this for nothing. I’m told this probation only lasted a month then Bradley was allowed closed access to all patients. That hospital is being sued long and hard.

If nothing else, do NOT let your child be taken off alone with any doctor. If the doctor/dentist insists…take the child elsewhere.

WEST VALLEY CITY, Utah (Jan. 10) - The husband of a missing Utah woman was moving out of the couple's home in a Salt Lake City suburb to Washington state Saturday, and police said they couldn't prevent the move.

West Valley City Police have named Josh Powell the only person of interest in the Dec. 7 disappearance of Susan Powell, but he has not been named a suspect.

Just like that! Only idiots think this fellow knows nothing about his wife’s disappearance. But the police say they can do nothing about it and hey, Drew Peterson’s still walking free so hey, kill your wife, take your kids on a midnight camping trip, say you forgot it was a Sunday night, claim when you got back the wife was gone then move to a state far away.

Why not? It’s cheaper than divorce.

The Yogurt Murders

So on Saturday evening, 1/9/10, I sit down to watch one of my favorite shows, CBS’ “48 Hours”. Erin Moriarty hosts. She covered the Texas “yogurt” shop murders in 1991, from the date of the murders on 12/6/91, through the current date. Moriarty said she was “troubled” by how that case ended.

Four young girls, all in their teens, were found dead in an Austin “I Can’t Believe It’s Not Yogurt” store. Due to a series of circumstances with this murder, a perfect storm of getting away with murder congealed without flaw.

First, the store had been set on fire. In fact, the dead bodies were first discovered by the firefighters on the case. The burned bodies of Eliza Thomas and Jennifer Harbison, Sarah Harbison, sister of Jennifer, and Amy Ayers were found stacked on top of each other by firemen then wading around in a sea of water from fire hoses used to stop the flames. It was a call to a fire, not a murder scene. Step one, crucial evidence was trampled and watered down by the first responders. Fire fighters put out fires. They do not tred softly lest tiny fibers critical for proof be nudged by investigating foot traffic.

Two of the girls were raped but as I gathered from the show, this was only known due to a “confession” of two of the perps. The bodies had been badly burned.

Now let me state that the CBS “48 Hours” episode was more about Moriarty than the actual documentation of the facts. Because it was never clear to me just how the four perps got singled out, or why. It was never clear to me why the first investigating police officer was fired or why the original four perps were brought in a second time when the first guy had to let them go.

Robert Burns Springsteen Jr.,Michael James Scott, Maurice Pierce, Forrest Wellborn were deemed to be the perps. Two of these perps were released; Wellborn because he was determined to have been the driver of the getaway car and in no way responsible for the murders. Maurice Pierce was released because he was underage I believe. Again, CBS was vague on details, this show being about Erin Moriarty and her confusion.

Springsteen and Scott were picked up, by the NEW investigating officers, even though the old investigation team was fired from the case partly for letting those four guys go the first time. The first investigation team picked up these four boys but let them go due to there being no evidence to hold them on anything.

In fact, there was NO evidence to hold on to those four boys a second time EXCEPT for two confessions.

Hey, confessions are quite valid reasons to charge somebody with a crime and here I will assert my firm belief about confessions:

I don’t believe that innocent people confess to crimes they did not commit.

Now for the caveats. Of course there are kooks. Any cop will tell you that given a sensational crime, they come out of the woodwork. I am reminded of that nut living in Thailand who confessed to killing Jonbenet Ramsey. When, on taxpayer dime and courtesty of possibly the dumbest damn Attorney General in America, they brought this guy home, he clammed up and denied.

And there are statistical anomalies. Meaning that nothing is ever EVERYBODY, NEVER, IN ALL CASES.

That all being clarified, I believe it is very rare for someone who did not commit a crime to admit to it. If nothing else, to admit to a crime would require knowing many details that a person who did not commit the crime simply wouldn’t know. In fact, I’ve learned from my many years of a True Crime afficiando that investigators will hold back very telling details about a crime specifically in order to eliminate false confessors.

In fact one of the confessors to the yogurt murders DID provide some very telling details about the murders of those young girls, including who got raped, how the bodies were found (stacked in a pile), and a very telling detail that one of the victims, found with her arms stretched beyond her head had been trying to crawl away which was the reason for the outstretched arms.

Someone NOT there would simply not know this. A good guess? Possible. Not likely I’d assert.

Like so many confessors, the two guys who originally confessed finally got some lawyers and of course they said they only confessed because the police “coerced” them.

Let’s make this another caveat. Twas once a time when cops used to beat a confession out of suspect. This might not have happened as much as criminals would have you believe, but I think it did happen from time to time.

I have included a video snippet of one of the confessions of the alleged yogurt murderer below. Nobody was beating anybody. In fact, confessions are now pretty much videotaped just to avoid such a denial of a genuine confession.

Juries do tend to convict folks for confessing to a crime because, well duh, most times they really did the crime.

In the case of the yogurt shop murders, there was no other physical evidence connecting the confessors to the crime and this, even the very skeptical I, admits is a problem.

There was also some prosecutorial issues with how this case was tried. For our constitution does provide for one charged with a crime with the right to face his or her accusers. Testimony of the Scott fellow was used in the trial of Springsteen and, I think, visa-versa. Neither of these guys had a right to confront and question their accusers who were, in this case, each other. So if Scott’s testimony that Springsteen shot the girls first was used to convict Springsteen, well Springsteen should have had the opportunity to cross examine Scott.

No less then the Supreme Court overturned this confession.

The final blow was dealt when the prosecutor, in the dawn of the DNA testing era which bloomed AFTER this crime was committed, had DNA found on one of the victims tested.

The ideal result would have been for this DNA to match one of those four boys, ideally Springsteen and Scott.

It did not.

In fact, everyone in any way involved with the girl from whom the DNA was taken was tested for a match, including all family, those fire fighters who first were at the crime scene, school chums.

They found no matches.

Well if I’m the defense attorney I’m yelling and screaming that some stranger murdered those girls and there’s strange DNA, NOT matching my clients, to prove it.

The boys were let go.

The “48 Hours” show did show interview vignettes of Erin Moriarty and the parents of the murdered girls. It was heartbreaking.

In a final bit of irony, the original investigators of the case were vindicated. They let those boys go for there being no evidence to keep them. And in the end, the boys were let go for there being no evidence to keep them.

I don’t blame the prosecutor for trying to match up that DNA. And I don’t blame her for dropping the case when a match couldn’t be found. The boys walked but she never would have won that case. Even the very critical pro-prosecutorial ME would have considered that unidentified DNA a very definite “reasonable doubt”.

I do fault the prosecutor of the first case for allowing taped testimony of one perp at the trial of another. Prosecutors and Attorney Generals should know the constitution.

I do NOT, not for one nano-second, believe those boys were innocent; that they confessed to a crime they did not commit. They knew that the bodies of those girls were stacked atop one another, they knew about the outstretched arms, they knew details that they shouldn’t have known. The defense attorney alleged that these details were commonly known in the community.

Perhaps. Then what other excuse could a defense attorney offer to explain how his clients knew all this stuff? I don’t buy it but the defense attorney has a job to do. Finally, my last resort benchmark of the guilty…somebody killed those girls. It’s rare for somebody, or a group of somebodies as is likely in this case, to up and kill four people and boom, not only NEVER commit another crime and/or never tattle on the other, never tell someone about what they did.

There’s never been another multiple murder in Austin in which the bodies of the dead were stacked and the place set on fire since the yogurt murders. And nobody’s ever blabbed about what Joey did or how Johnnie shot some girls in a yogurt shop in the back of the head.

The yogurt murders are an example of the perfect crime of getting away with murder. The water of the firefighters washed away so much evidence. Folks walking all around the crime scene, lack of physical evidence…so much kept this from being a prosecutorial crime.

Those boys will get theirs when they meet Satan after their death.

Another “False” Confession

Linda Stein is called a “punk rock pioneer” and was, evidently, not very nice to the hired help.

Her assistant, Natavia Lowery, said that one night, after hours of being berated, criticized and cursed at, that she snapped and bludgeoned her boss to death.

On 10/30/07, Linda Stein, who was affiliated with musical artists such as Elton John, Madonna and the Ramones, was found down, brutally beaten to death.

Lowery has since said her confession was false -- a claim at the heart of the 2007 murder case as it heads for trial. Jury selection started Monday.

So Natavia admitted to beating Stein to death then returned to her original assertion that a stranger killed Stein and made her, Lowery, promise not to reveal anything about him.

The defense on this case has recruited a psychologist type that

said he would counter "the myth that nobody would confess falsely to something that has real-life consequences unless they were young or stupid ... or crazy."

Heh.

Well for the right price we can find any “expert” to testify the way we want it to go.

However, even this trumped up expert, after asserting that notion that nobody would confess falsely, provides the caveat “UNLESS” they are young, stupid of crazy.

Yeah, well I’ll go along with that. Number one, if you’re old enough to do the crime then you’re not too young to confess truthfully. Number two, take IQ tests of all confessors. If they’ve got a normal IQ than assume the confession is truthful. Number three, give the perp a sanity test. If they’re declared sane than it can be assumed their confessions are truthful; not the stuff of kooks.

Her Brother Did It! This Guy Confesses 20 Years Later

His mother doesn’t believe it. Dear Lord, why would this man, now 38 years old, confess to this very old crime? Even if, for the sake of argument, he was offered complete immunity from prosecution, which he got, even so, he already got away with it. And if he didn’t do it, what’s in it for him?

And yet, even in this confession scenario, there’s someone who thinks this guy confessed to a crime he did not commit.

The mind reels.

James W. Lewis, the original suspect in the killings of seven people through cyanide-laced Tylenol capsules, appeared under subpoena along with his wife in a Massachusetts courthouse Wednesday, the local Boston-area paper Somerville News/Cambridge News Weekly reports. The hearing was held to determine whether Lewis and his wife must provide fingerprint and DNA samples, a law enforcement official told The Boston Globe.

Now here’s a fellow who didn’t exactly “confess” to putting cyanide in the Tylenol capsules, but he did give investigators detailed instructions on how one “might” replace the capsule’s acetaminophen with cyanide. Lewis also admitted to sending the Tylenol manufacturer, Johnson & Johnson, a ransom demand for a million dollars to stop the killings.

This Lewis guy was a load of trouble, finally sent to jail for his extortion of Johnson & Johnson. He was never convicted of the Tylenol murders. After getting out of jail in 1995 he moved to Boston and in 2004 went back to jail for three years for rape and kidnapping of a local woman. The victim refused to testify so Lewis went free. Lewis was charged but never convicted with the dismemberment murder of a client in 1978.

Advances in DNA now make it possible for investigators to MAYBE tie Lewis in with the Tylenol murders.

We’ll be keeping a sharp eye on this one.

Also, Governor Paterson’s son arrested for stolen credit cards?

Scott Ritter was a UN weapons inspector. This pervert made the news by asserting that Saddam Hussein had no weapons of mass destruction. And before yon reader yells out the Democrat mantra that Hussein did NOT have WMD…recall that Hussein had no STOCKPILES of WMD’s, that he had months of warnings about an American invasion, that this fine man and his two perverted sons were killed by their own people, that Saddam invaded Kuwait and was a bad actor on the world stage. To defend this man is…well let us ask the question, IS THE WORLD BETTER OFF WITHOUT THIS CREEP AND HIS TWO SONS IN POWER?

Or do you really think the world would be better with Saddam back at the helm and if so, well there’s all sorts of idiots in the world. His own people hung him rather unceremoniously.

And yet this American fellow, Scott Ritter, defended the fine, fine Saddam and even at the time it was revealed that, ahem, Ritter had some, eh, “issues” with young women. I believed at the time and I believe it even more now with this revelation, that Saddam has some damning information on Ritter. Further, it was discovered that Ritter had accepted some sort of money from Saddam which wasn’t a bribe, oh no. Ritter was going to “make a movie” with the money, a movie I’ve yet to see.

Also, this is Scott Ritter the pervert’s THIRD ARREST for attempting sex with a minor female.

NY Governor David Paterson’s Son Arrested

This story has been corrected to state that the Governor’s son was NOT arrested. Weird. He had stolen credit cards. Weird.

The governor’s son, a student at Beacon High School on W. 61st St., was arrested at about 3 p.m. and taken to the 20th Precinct.

Cops spotted the teen shooting dice on the sidewalk near his school. When officers searched his belongings, they found a credit card in someone else’s name, traced it and determined it had been stolen, the source said.

We’ll be watching this case, I don’t think it’s going away any time soon.

Except Dr. Eric Bradley, a Delaware Pediatrician, was introduced to his innocent and helpless patients as the nice doctor who would help make them better. This horrible man did terrible things to these innocents and videotaped it all!

I did a search on Major Phillip Wise of Arkansas and found lots of information about this wonderful man and his very sad and tragic death at the hand of a couple of thugs. Not to mention the horror of his children who witnessed their father’s death, children probably looking forward to a visit from Santa that very night; children of only 4, 6 and 8 years of age.

There were no hits to stories with any information about the capture of the cretins who kill Major Wise so we put this as a crime investigation in process.

Major Philip Wise was returning to the office around 4:00 p.m. Chrsitmas Eve after dropping off two bell ringers at their homes on the last day of the Red Kettle fund drive. He was approaching the building with his three children, ages 4, 6 and 8, when two young men demanded money and one of them shot Wise to death.

This fine man’s wife, Cindy, will continue to serve in the Salvation Army. A $10,000 reward is offered for any information leading to his arrest.

I must imagine that with the man’s three children witnessing the crime that investigators have some sort of description to go on. Two of the children were old enough to have noted the race of the perps, perhaps the way they talked, what was said during the robbery. The oldest might be able to help with a composite drawing of the suspects although I haven’t seen any such thing yet released to the public.

I don’t think these creeps are going to get away with this horrible crime. God will help bring these perps to justice as Philip Wise served in the service of the Lord. Somebody, somewhere, is going to turn these guys, of guy, in, if for nothing else but the reward.

Dr. Bradley, The Worst Betrayal of All

Almost any time I head towards the shore I see the big sign for BAY BEES Pediatric Center. It’s a cute sign, advertising a medical practice, obviously. A busy little bumble bee flits about the sign, an icon of the children inside, all busy and happy as the doctor trusted to protect them examines them for their ills and recommends the cures. It’s a True Crime story now rocking the state of Delaware.

For Dr. Earl Bradley would often take his young charges off somewhere and as it would turn out he would often sexually assault them all the while videotaping his heinous crimes.

This is a busy practice located in Lewes, Delaware. The prosecutor in charge of this case is none other than Beau Biden. You got it…son of VP Joe Biden.

A popular Delaware pediatrician may have sexually assaulted more than 100 of his young patients and videotaped the acts in what officials are calling one of the largest sexual abuse cases in the state's history.

Dr. Earl Bradley is accused of molesting patients as young as 3 months old. Dr. Earl Bradley, 56, is being held in the Vaughn Correctional Center on a $2.9 million cash bond after he was charged with 33 felony counts, including rape and sexual exploitation of a child, stemming from incidents at his Lewes, Del., practice, BayBees Pediatrics.

Delaware Attorney General Beau Biden told ABCNews.com that "this is a very very troubling case, and we here in the state of Delaware are pursuing it aggressively to the fullest extent of the law."

Dr. Bradley is being held for 2.9 million dollars bail. For Dr. Bradley was a Pediatrician, a physician trusted by parents to care and help cure children. Instead Dr. Bradley would take his young charges off somewhere and sexually molest them. The most brazen action of all, this monster actually taped his perverted actions.

Yes the man’s innocent victims complained to parents about what happened in Dr. Bradley’s basement of horror. It’s how he eventually got caught. A three year old convinced her father that her horrific words were really true. Many of the victims, however, were often very young, could not articulate what happened to them very well, might well have thought what Dr. Bradley was doing to them was part of it all or couldn’t speak well enough to describe their ordeal.

The state of Delaware has set up a special web site for parents of Dr. Bradley’s patients. God knows how many innocent lives this man has harmed.

Another intriguing aspect of this case, covered with all appropriate horror on Nancy Grace, is the fact that the Prosecutor in charge will be none other than son of Joe Biden, Beau Biden, who is currently Delaware’s state Attorney General.

It’s a no-brainer that Dr. Bradley will have the book thrown at him. Prosecuting a child molester, especially under these circumstances, will likely be a simple win in terms of prosecutorial skill. It’s possible that the trial and prosecution of Dr. Bradley will have national implications. Beau Biden is supposed to run for state senator to replace his placeholder currently in the seat, Kaufman. Beau will face serious competition for the seat in the form of Mike Castle, currently Delaware’s only Representative in America’s House, former Governor of Delaware, beloved by Delawarians in this light purple state.

A lot rides on when this case will come to trial and how the public perceives Beau Biden’s prosecutorial skills.

Sarah Foxwell

Sarah Foxwell is a little girl who didn’t get to celebrate Christmas Day this year. She was brutally murdered by a former boyfriend of her Aunt, who for some reason was raising Sarah.

We’re learning more about the events surrounding the disappearance of 11-year old Sarah Foxwell whose body was found on Christmas Day. The grandfather was home at the time she was abducted. Wicomico County Sheriff Mike Lewis also tells WGMD that the aunt was not home at that time. He adds that the entire family including the mother, the aunt and the grandfather were all extremely cooperative, and that there is no indication that they knew the abduction was about to happen.

Wicomico county is located in Maryland. Sarah’s body was found in Delaware. There is a spit of land known as Delmarva which includes the extreme east coasts of small portions of Maryland, Delaware and Virginia. So the jaunt to dispose of little Sarah’s body in Delaware from her home in Maryland is not as far as it might seem.

Reports about this crime are sketchy but it would seem that Sarah’s murderer walked into her home and simply snatched the child. I remember young Jessica in Florida was removed from her home in the same manner.

This is another crime that has shaked this area of Delaware, heretofore a place of low crime, now rocking from the horrible death of Sarah Foxwell and the perverted crimes of Dr. Earl Bradley.

Baltimore’s Fine, Fine Mayor Resigns-local crimes

…will receive $80,000+ a year pension!

It’s not Delmarva but Baltimore is very local to this area. Hey, husband and I got out of Merryland over five years ago cause it don’t get much worse than that town.

Dixon’s resignation will be tendered Wednesday and will become effective Feb. 4, when she is sentenced. Dixon, a Democrat, was convicted in December on one count of embezzlement stemming from her use of gift cards given to the city by Patrick Turner, a developer. Turner claimed the gift cards were intended for the needy.

It just don’t get much seedier than stealing gift cards meant for needy children. Yet this DEMOCRAT from the corrupt city of Baltimore did steal these gift cards to purchase for herself fine furniture and clothes.

So she’s going to resign…hip, hip hooray. How about the fact that this lower-than-low piece of humanity will get an $83,000 a year pension from Baltimore’s taxpayers?

There is no limit to how low these politicos can go.

Lovelle Mixon Shot Four Cops; His Sister Help Hide Him; Now She's Suing

Lawyers. Gotta love them.

By me they are the force behind trying terrorists in America instead of military tribunals because hey, there’s way more lawyers in this country than there are lawsuits.

They are also responsible for the high cost of health care as lawsuits against medical practitioners and hospitals are all the rage. Like one wag told me at a hospital where I once worked: “They’ll sue you if the baby’s ugly.”

But the lawyer that took on this case shouldn’t be able to sleep at night. For his client helped a multiple murderer try to evade capture and she got hurt in the scuffle. You’re not going to believe this one.

He was one of the many fine and wise pardons from the Pardon King, Governor Mike Huckabee, of Arkansas. His name was Lovelle Mixon. On March 21, 2009, he walked into an Oakland restaurant and cold-bloodedly shot four police officers as they sat and innocently enjoyed some refreshments.

It would seem that Lovelle’s fine sister was hiding her brother, for whom she had so very much pride, who ran to her house to hide from the cops pursuing him.

As a result of the ensuing gun fight to attempt capture of Lovelle, his sister received some pain from a stun gun used on her and she is asking for, get this, $10,000 for her pain and suffering from the city of Oakland.

From the Contra Costa Times we learn from Christopher Morray-Jones, the fine and proud attorney for Lovelle Mixon’s sister, the following:
”I don't believe there can be any justification for the way this young woman was endangered and, subsequently, treated”

Really? Not even the fact that she willingly and knowingly hid a multiple murderer? For this a stun gun was a bit too much to help capture the criminal she was hiding?

Well no, even for this heinous crime do I think it justified to treat citizens badly but think this through yon readers. Mixon’s sister is suing for, again, TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS!

Come on folks. Lawsuits that small are rare. Attorneys seldom bother with these sorts of suits without a beginning point of at least a million bucks. After the fine, fine Morray-Jones gets his third, Mixon’s sister would get a little over six grand. That sister who was so proud of her fine brother probably didn’t suffer much, I’ll go out on a limb here.

The concern here is that the city of Oakland might decide to settle rather than bother with responding and fighting the suit. Just to respond to the suit might cost more in legal fees than just paying up. Which is likely why the whole lawsuit was filed right from the start.

We can only hope that Oakland doesn’t fall for this scam because what could be more demoralizing than a city that lost four police officers by a felon who had already been released in error from prisons in which he belonged, than a city that lost four police officers by a felon who had already been released in error from prisons in which he belonged, THEN had to pay the guy’s sister who harbored him from capture ten thousand dollars for pain from a stun gun?

Since When Did Nachos Become a “Controlled Substance”?

fight over nachos resulted in the arrest of two roommates at their South Side apartment late Tuesday, according to San Antonio police.

Marty Henke, 35, and Randy Scott Esckilsen, 45, were both held Wednesday in the Bexar County Jail. Henke was arrested on an outstanding warrant for delivery of a controlled substance. His bond was set at $30,000.

So somebody bought Marty some nachos. Only Marty didn’t want the nachos. So the somebody then gave the nachos to Randy. Randy took the nachos and was eating them, we assume, when Marty decided that hey, he really did want the nachos. Only Randy didn’t hand the nachos back to Marty so Randy stabbed Marty to protect the nachos that he rightfully felt were his.

Marty called the police while Randy fled. The police found Randy hiding nearby and while they were there they arrested Marty, who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. I mean come on, he knew he had an warrant out and he called the cops still? According to the article the knife wound wasn’t that serious.

I don’t know if it’s the fine journalism practiced today or what but by reading this story it reads as if the NACHOS were the controlled substance. Well maybe not. But it certainly could be clearer.

The Underwear Bomber..Why This Should NOT Be a Crime

This SHOULD NOT Be A Crime

I usually have a feature on this True Crime Blog, read by two to three people every week, called “IT SHOULD BE A CRIME”.

Umar Farouk Abdulmutallab, however, decided he was going to blow up an airplane, killing everyone on board including his own fine self. He hid the bomb liquid in his underwear. He tried to do the deed but some folk who didn’t want to blow up thwarted the attempt.

This, ladies and gems, should NOT be a crime. This guy is an enemy combatant and he should be in Gitmo meeting a waterboard with his name on it.

From Christmas day until now, the debates raged. The Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, Janet Incompetano, went on TV and into our lying ears told us that “the system worked.”

And as we reeled from this pronouncement, our President was playing golf and too busy to address the nation about his cabinet of nincompoops, including David Axelrod who also, again peeing upon our feet while telling us it’s raining, stated the system worked. Anybody who doesn’t think Obama approved this as a talking point raise your hand. Cause I got a bridge to sell cheap.

Obama changed his tune real quick as the nation stood in shock that anybody would dare try to sell us a bill of goods that would have a fellow whose own father turned him to the American embassy in Nigeria, who got on an airplane by paying cash for a one-way ticket, who cavorted with known terrorists in the fine holiday resort known as Yemen-got onto an airplane with no questions asked…is an example of a system working…well us silly Americans, we just didn’t buy it.

If a baby tumbles out of an open window and lands on a soft awning instead of the busy street 18 stories below, and lives…DOES THIS MEAN THE SYSTEM WORKED?

I’ve listened to the arguments as to why this fellow should be tried in our justice system and some stupid folks who assert that what’s a few American deaths due to terrorism when more people die from peanuts every year.

Also, while the fine underwear bomber didn’t make it on the “no fly” list, we’ve got senior citizens who are on this list and can’t get off. And how about those prisoners who recently escaped from an Illinois federal prison? This is the same state going to keep those Gitmo prisoners under wraps.

Let me get this very obvious question out of the way. Why does Janet Napalitano still have a job?

Anybody who says something so incredibly stupid about a system that so obviously failed, in public and directly into our lying ears, SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY!

Now I understand that more than likely, President Obama, all busy on the golf course, probably took Dave Axelrod’s advice to hope that the American public was all busy opening gifts and preparing for New Year’s and would buy a sound byte asserting that the system worked.

Which is probably why ole Janet wasn’t fired. If congress does its job, which is supposed to happen as the calls are for a congressional investigation, I’m thinking Janet might be gone.

I listened to a few radio talk shows this past week and on more than one show stupid callers took the position that silly Americans put entirely too much stock in preventing acts of terrorism.

“What’s a few deaths from terror” was the sentiment as I paraphrase. One caller even asserted, with a seriousness that shocked me, that more Americans die from peanuts every year than die from acts of terror.

“Why spend millions on a war?” was another sentiment.

Folks, any country that allows itself to be constantly victimized by acts of terror is a country that sets itself up for defeat. We’ll get to Israel in a minute.

The idiots who take this shrug, shrug position seem to think that, okay, boo-hoo for those who lose loved ones should an underwear bomber succeed in taking down a plane or hey, a few soldiers killed by a rogue army guy…no big deal. Give them a nice death settlement, try the perps in an American court and move along.

Obviously these folks don’t understand the methodology behind terrorism.

Terrorism is meant to, duh, create a state of constant terror in a populace. A citizenry filled with terror hesitates to board airplanes. Tourism and freedom of movement hurt the economy. Start blowing up malls and theaters, a few bombs in athletic arena…give it time, you’ll have a timid citizenry cowed with fear and easy to conquer.

In the hayday of the late and great Yassar Arafat, a fine, fine man now buried in somebody’s backyard, Israel was forced to exist in a climate of terror. Arafat was the conduit for the terror that would have Israeli nightclubs go boom, perhaps busy buses, the daily nuts and bolts of life.

Israel simply had no choice. America, under the guidance of the very brave and stalwart Bill Clinton, simply would not give blessing to any Israeli retaliation that should have wiped out that den of terror known as Palestine. Without American blessing, Israel HAD to accept a few deaths of its citizens as a cost for its existence.

Israelis did not cower and cease to live vibrant lives because of the terrorism all about it. Israeli also had a magnificent secret service that quelled terrorist attacks but when you’ve got all that Arab oil money financing homicide bombers and nuts raised to believe it is their divine mission to blow up Jews, some got through.

Israel is the exception and now with the fine, fine Arafat gone and dead notice how few terror attacks Israel has nowadays?

Anybody with any genuine leadership skills would NEVER take the position that it’s okay to allow a few terror related deaths for want of a major war and a lot of bother. Leaders know that a proud populace, one with gumption and a will to thrive, will never accept such a situation. Which is why we have to go to these pathetic nations, all governed, coincidentally, by oil-rich despots, dictators and sons of camels who haven’t exactly created fine dominions of personal happiness for all the oil wealth, and stop the terror attacks.

They don’t have armies and even if they did, Arabs make lousy, really lousy, soldiers. You can’t trust any of them and there’s no loyalty to a country. Add the oppressive religion of Islam, especially the extreme Wahabi sect, and restless populations are controlled by the urge to blow up infidels across the planet as called for in the Koran.

There’s no sense whatsoever in granting these terrorists all the perks of our American justice system and go with me on this, most silly Americans do not agree with such treatment.

Another reason why the Democrats, fine warriors all, are going to go down in stunning flames this coming November.

If the fact that this fine underwear bomber got through all the alleged “catch points” and never ended up on the no-fly list, prepare to laugh with the mirth of the bemused. Because from the Republican American, we find out about one poor fellow-75 years old, that is on America’s terror watchlist and he can’t get off!

Finally, here’s a story about an escape from a FEDERAL prison that baffles.

This is not the same prison being negotiated for Gitmo detainees but it IS in Illinois and it IS a federal prison. Obama’s folks, fine and intelligent workers who always make sure the system works, have assured us that NO ONE escapes from federal prisons.

The Marshals provided no details on how the men were able to escape today from the Tri-County Detention Center.

The men -- all considered armed and dangerous -- were being held on federal charges.

Busted For DUI As She Drove Husband She Shot to the Hospital

A Speedwell woman suspected of shooting her husband in the stomach in a domestic altercation wrecked the couple's car while driving her spouse to a hospital Sunday morning while she was allegedly intoxicated.

So okay, as I read this unusual story, Erica was driving her husband to the hospital in Tennessee somewhere. She wrecked the car and when the police responded to the accident they arrested her for driving while intoxicated.

Her husband was in the car at the time of the accident and he mentioned to the police that he had a “stomach injury” and was taken to a hospital. At the hospital the ER people determined that Charles Hopper had been shot and he was taken by helicoptor to the University of Tennessee Medical center.

First, this man had to be in awful pain and yet he tried to cover for his drunk wife who had evidently been the one who shot him. Second, the woman was charged with domestic violence but the Hoppers must live in a different county than where the accident happened as the charges against Erica span two Tennessee counties.

Now maybe Charles deserved that bullet in the stomach, a defensive wound or some such, but good ole Erica was also intoxicated so goodness knows what went on between those two before this series of events.

Cuts Off Women’s Hair While on Subway

It takes all kinds to make a world but here’s a rather ordinary looking fellow who evidently has a hair fetish. For he not only cuts female passengers’ hair as they innocently ride on public transportation, he also breaks into houses and pours stuff in sleeping female residents’ hair.

A man pleaded not guilty Monday to charges of sneaking up to women on TriMet buses and cutting their hair, but he is also a person of interest in two unrelated break-ins.

TriMet officials said 22-year-old Jared Weston Walter cut the hair - three times in six weeks - of unsuspecting women as they rode on the bus.

These women so weirdly attacked will probably have nightmares for the rest of their lives. I doubt that the fine Jared Walter will spend the rest of his life in jail for these crimes but can such a weird fetish and behavior ever really be cured?

Why All the Sudden Strange Stuff Happening on U.S. Airlines?

It was a busy Christmas Day that had me opening gifts, preparing the holiday meal and playing games with granddaughter, daughter and son-in-law. A scene not much different from many households across America I suspect. Only this Blogger/News Junkee couldn’t keep eyes away from TV as reports came in about a Nigerian on a flight from Holland to Detroit, a declared terrorist incident, the bits and pieces of a news event then happening and a mind’s attempt to inhale the reporting while playing a serious game of Yahtzee.

It seemed that Farouk Umar Abdulmutallab, a fine Nigerian fellow, got it into his head that he wanted to blow up the airplane he was on and ostensibly kill everyone on it. Passengers intervened and stopped the guy.

So Christmas came and went and this news story was reported, news junkees like myself watched the reports. Minds returned to holiday festivities I would assume.

But there’s bit a lot of strange airline incidents of late, every damn one of them involving a Muslim of some sort. Coincidentally. On this Blog post, I report on the odd story of the AirTran flight 297 on 11/17/09. This airline incident involved a bunch of misbehaving Muslims who would not put down the camera, were acting badly, in general rousing enough suspicion that the flight crew turned the plane around and refused to fly with these guys.

I hadn’t heard about THIS airline story involving live bullets found on a plane.
Turner said she boarded US Airways Flight 365 in Phoenix on Tuesday. When the plane pulled up to the gate in Sacramento, she said, passengers were asked to remain seated because of a security breach. A Sacramento County sheriff's deputy came on board and explained that two bullet casings had been found on the plane.

It is now 12/27/09 and I am seldom writing about this story this close to its actual occurrence but I cannot resist.

For yet ANOTHER Muslim, a Nigerian in fact, had what has been determined, as reported at the time of this writing, a simple case of food poisoning.

"A second scare of a possible bomb on Northwest Airlines flight 253 Sunday was the result of a passenger who refused to come out of the bathroom because he was sick with food poisoning, law enforcement officials told ABCNews.com.

FBI agents and local police swarmed the plane as it landed in Detroit after the pilot reported an "belligerent and uncooperative" passenger who had spent more than an hour in the bathroom as the flight neared Detroit.

Authorities said the passenger was a 36-year old Nigerian petroleum engineer who became unhappy to be ordered to his seat one hour before landing, as required under new in-flight rules following the attempted Christmas day bombing of the same flight by another Nigerian citizen. "...........

.................."Officials gave an "all clear" message a short time later after interviewing the Nigerian passenger and determining he was, indeed, ill.

So this Nigerian gets verbally abusive with the flight crew, something all these muslims seem to do, locks himself in the bathroom for an hour, this on the exact same plane that had that other Nigerian pulling the same stunt, and it’s all just a coincidence?

For now I must believe the investigation of the many agencies who responded to this distress call from that flight as it landed. I’m thinking they didn’t find any explosive liquid in this Nigerian’s underwear but whose to say he didn’t flush it down while spending that hour in that bathroom?

These are True Crimes of Terrorism, folks, and I got a bridge to sell to anyone who believes this second incident is just a coincidence.

Either this second fellow was a copycat and decided to gain some attention for his loopy self, or he was “testing” out how tight the security has become after the first incident, or he was a genuine terrorist and had liquid explosion in his rectum that he “evacuated” during that hour long stint in the airplane bathroom because, I don’t know, maybe he determined the action was unsafe at that time.

It’s my story and I’m sticking to it.

Coast Guard Hits Boat Anchored to Watch Holiday Parade; Kills 8 Year Old Boy

This is an odd story, if not a very sad story.

A 24’ boat, with 13 people on board, was allegedly anchored in the San Diego Bay watching the holiday water festivities on the San Diego Bay. A 33’ Coast Guard Boat rammed into the 24’ foot boat and killed an 8 year old boy. I’m not sure this is a crime but it’s possible a manslaughter charge is in the balance.

No way should a Coast Guard boat be speeding through a line of docked and/or anchored boats to get at an “emergency” grounding of another boat and hit a boat specifically invited to come down, get comfortable and enjoy the show from your boat. Something is seriously wrong with that picture.

Further, in the first story, linked and quoted below, the collision occurred only when the Coast Guard boat suddenly turned around and returned from its emergency call so what’s that all about?

Two other people on the 24’ boat suffered major injuries, one requiring CPR before going to the hospital.

An 8-year-old boy was killed and five people were injured when a Coast Guard vessel responding to an emergency call struck a pleasure boat during the San Diego Bay Parade of Lights Sunday night.

Anthony died of multiple trauma injuries, as reported on this follow up of the accident, from the same source as above.
Maritime law experts said that if the DeWeese family’s Sea Ray wasn’t anchored — as appears to be the case before the accident — it would need to have had a white light shining above the boat and navigational lights on either side of it.

If those weren’t on, the Sea Ray’s operators might be at least partly at fault, said Bill Turley, past president of the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.

If they were, Turley said, questions for the Coast Guard become:

• Was there a crew member serving as lookout, as required by law?

• How fast was the Coast Guard vessel traveling?

The NTSB(National Transportation Safety Board) is investigating this accident and isn’t done its research.

But there’s some mighty puzzling stuff at question here. Per the quote above, it almost looks like somebody’s trying to lay fault on the DeWeese family. And some comments under one of the stories questioned the safety of having 13 people on board a 24’ boat. Other commenters said that alone was a danger. And above, an attorney hints that the little boat should have had its lights on if it was not anchored. Yet in the first report of the story, which could have been just shoddy reporting I understand, it was reported that the little boat WAS anchored.

First…folks…the town of San Diego has this great big holiday shindig and invites all boat types to come on down, watch the fireworks and the boat parade of lights. It’s a holiday thing. An ersatz map of the San Diego Bay and the parade route at the site shows a route that hugs close to shore as such things normally do. The boats that come to watch hug the shoreline as well.

I lived on the Chesapeake Bay most of my life. These water events are very common, festive, the sort of thing folks with boats come to with a bevy of passengers. It’s not like the boats are going out on a speed drive pulling water skiers is what I’m saying here. I doubt such as putting out big lights to the side is something the boaters think of, or even throwing down an anchor or even inviting the whole family and a bunch of neighbors to jump on board. Hey, the boats sit in the water and watch the fireworks, cheer on the boat parade of lights.

What the hell is a Coast Guard boat doing speeding along in such a venue fast enough that upon impact with a standing boat it seriously injures two passengers and kills one? All to get to an “emergency” involving a “grounded” boat?

Now I know a grounded boat can be an emergency, anything possible given the right conditions. But, again putting on my Chesapeake Bay experience hat, grounded boats usually involve a boat that got a bit too close to shore or maybe hit upon a sand bar. They are rarely “emergencies”. Further, as reported in the first story, this Coast Guard boat actually turned around and headed back without even “rescuing” the grounded boat. So it needed to ride along real fast upon returning, fast enough to kill a kid of a boat it impacted?

I’m going to keep an eye on this story. More than likely the DeWeese family will file a lawsuit, and win. I do think it’s a bit stinky dirty to cast aspersions on the family, it’s lack of big sidelights, the lack of anchor, the number of folks on board. None of these things, if true, caused those injuries and deaths. A big old Coast Guard boat going too damn fast under the circumstances of a bay filled with festive boating party-goers all INVITED to come join the fun.

If my gut instinct is right on this, someone driving that Coast Guard boat is guilty of a crime, a manslaughter crime you or I would be charged with if stupid enough to pilot a boat so stupidly in such a venue.

Ballon Boy’s Parents Get Sentenced

The parents who pulled the balloon boy hoax in hopes of landing a reality TV show were sentenced to jail Wednesday — 90 days for him, 20 days for her — and barred from profiting from their newfound celebrity status for the next four years.

I suppose this wraps up the rather sad story of the Balloon Boy.

How I remember the day of that story. It was around 3 o’clock or so. Sean Hannity’s radio show had begun. Sean began his show with the story, describing what he was seeing on TV with that balloon flying across the skies. I quickly flipped on the TV to CNN, always the best with breaking news, and watched, as mesmerized as the rest of the country I suspect.

I was in my bedroom and it was right after my afternoon nap. I quickly ran out to the living room to tell my husband to quick turn on the TV, that there was currently ongoing a story that was utterly amazing. Husband flicked on the switch and together we watched that balloon fly across the sky, believing along with the rest of the country that a little boy was huddled in the bottom of the thing.

It had all the elements to capture the nation’s fancy: a young child, an unusual flight across the sky, a camera bringing it all into our living rooms, a nail biting page-turner of a saga.

Husband and I watched the balloon land. We waited to see the little boy emerge, we were prepared to cheer. The container thing at the bottom of the balloon held no little boy. Had he fallen out somewhere over the mountains or on takeoff?

At some point it was reported that the little boy was found in his own home. It was still a captivating story. The poor kid went and hid in the “attic” of the family garage for fear of getting in to trouble for not minding his parents.

Later that evening, at choir practice, we all shared our stories of how we watched the saga unfold. We chuckled at the little boy who caused the nation such worry. Yet we understood. Kids do odd things and hey, he’s okay. That’s all that mattered.

In due course we all found out how one guy who’s obsessive about his damn hair thought this to just be the coolest thing to get him national attention, to get him a chance at his own reality series.

The first suspicion came when the boy said his father told him it was all for the show. My True Crime detective mind got to churning. The kid was allegedly found in the rafters of his garage roof. I’ve got a rafters on my garage roof and yes, a plank of plywood laid over the rafters provides a floor of sort. It was under a piece of furniture stored on this plywood floor on the “ceiling” of the Heene garage that Falcon was found.

There are no stairs leading up to this plywood roof of sorts in my garage and I suspected there was no such thing in the Heene garage. In fact we have to climb a steep ladder than “heft” ourselves up to get onto that plywood floor. I pondered that an adult would have to hoist little Falcon up to that garage roof. It wasn’t the sort of location that Falcon could easily get to.

I like that the Judge specifically denied Mr. Heene from making any profit off of this crime. Lest this fellow get it into his head to write a book about it some day is what I’m saying here.

Naked In His Own Home

The woman told police it was 8:40 a.m. when she was walking her son to school along a path between houses. She said they first spotted Williamson naked in an open door in the car port of his home.
She also told police that Williamson then walked across the house to a large window, facing the way she was walking.

I really hate to deal with this story again. Because at least two famously conservative web sites and no less than Fox News have fallen for this pervert’s scam. My argument is that Conservatives, which I consider myself one, condemn and mock the liberals of the world for falling for sound bytes and silly arguments.

So this guy, he likes to get naked in his own home. At least that’s how he tells the story. Well we all get naked in our home from time to time, there’s nothing wrong with this.

But how many of us get naked outside in our “car port”, wearing only a hard hat and in full view of passersby and young children walking by to catch the school bus?

How many of us get naked and follow passersby as they walk the path past our house from our window to picture window that they don’t miss our nakedness for a blink?

How many of us end up in court, and found GUILTY, with a bevy of witnesses testifying on our brazen and obscene behavior.

Yet this guy’s lawyer continues this pervert’s original mantra…that he was only nude in his own home and how is this a crime?

I got me a garage. I’m not sure what that “Carport” refers to but even a carport is an outside kind of thing, hardly a quick run in the nude from bathroom to bedroom down a short hallway in our own home. If I stand naked in my own garage, which is technically my house, the whole world could quite plainly see me as the garage has a great big old door. This would include school children walking by to catch the school bus. How would this kind of nudity, wearing a hard hat remember…qualify as being naked in your own home?

In either case, garage or carport (which to me is a roof type of thing with NO WALLS AT ALL), this guy is spotted, naked, wearing a hard hat, something we ALL do, in full view of those walking by.

I won’t name the two notoriously conservative web sites that fell for this idiot’s story because he quite enjoyed his defense that his home is his castle, a conservative mantra indeed. But this pervert was laughing at the sincere conservatives who defended him, mocking the silly women who complained about his bizarre behavior of standing in front of his windows while following the female passersby along the route of the front of his house by moving from window to window. That carport/garage thing? Come on.

I heard Fox News repeat this guy’s bleating appeal that he should be charged with lewd and lascivious behavior for daring to undress in his own home so unfairly.

Fox News makes itself look as dumb as MSNBC when they tried to pass that black guy with a gun as some sort of white racist gun nut.

Meanwhile this pervert gets the last laugh as honest folks defend his right to undress in his own “castle”.

That judge and all those witnesses who testified against this perv weren’t ALL wrong.

I’ve lost a lot of respect for Fox News because of their very erroneous reporting on this story. Fair and balanced they are not.

Victim Goes to Jail

Got interested in this story because it involves a couple of Muslims.

What a hoot. The criminal breaks into the guy’s house, terrorizes his wife and kids. The home owner gets a chance to take on the intruder and evidently beats the living hell out of him.

The robbed fellow is going to jail, the robber gets a pass.

Man Climbs Into High Voltage SubStation and Takes 69,000 Shock as He Tries to Steal Copper Wire

This fellow has burns all over his torso. He is in stable condition and expected to live.

What these thieves would have gotten in terms of street value of the copper they were trying to steal is estimated at about a hundred bucks.

Investigators said David Stachowiak, climbed onto a high-voltage power transformer, after cutting through the sub station's barbed wire topped chain link fence.

Evidence taken from the scene indicates that Stachowiak and possibly two other people were there to steal copper cable.

True Crime: Susan Powell…Her Husband Went Camping Sunday Night With Two Little Boys in Freezing Weather. He Came Home; His Wife Was Gone

In this True Crime post, we’ve got a couple of airplane updates. First, that AirTran flight during which a fine Muslim fellow acted like an asshole and nothing less…we’ve got yet another passenger verifying this story. And I continue to pound on that Northwest Flight 188 which over flew its destination by over 150 miles. Folks, it’s a comedy of errors that will first make you laugh but will leave you crying. And scared out of your gourd to fly.

Will Josh Powell join the likes of Scott or Drew Peterson, ie husbands whose wives go missing while they’ve got phony-baloney alibis? He took the kids camping at midnight on a Sunday night in freezing weather?

A school drug counselor is arrested on charges of selling drugs. Why the surprise when we’ve got a Safe School Czar who teaches lewd sex practices and recommends obscene books for our children?

The child fiddled with a braid in school so the teacher cut it off! Yes she did. Teachers think they can do just anything any more.

The Obama administration continues to cover for Kevin Johnson, his perversion with young girls and the payoff with tax dollars. An update on this from Byron York.

Those five fine American fellows had everything this land of the free had to offer: they could worship as they pleased, they were seeking a higher education, they had nice homes, peaceful lives. So why did they, American citizens all, fly off to Pakistan to engage in God knows what acts of terror?

If you’re going to pee on someone, shouldn’t you avoid it being a cop?

More on Those Muslims on Flight 297

HERE, in short, a bunch of Muslims acted like children on AirTran Flight 297 on November 17 that the crew refused to fly the plane, the pilot stopped the plane during runway takeoff and the flight was eventually cancelled, albeit replaced by another flight later in the same plane.

The way AirTran covered this incident is reprehensible. One passenger told the story of what happened on that airplane and while it might not have been a “dry run” as the passenger asserted, a fine member of the religion of Peace acted like an asshole in general by refusing to sit down, turn off his camera and act like, well a polite human just for starters.

AirTran mocked the original passenger’s story, calling it, snarkily, “The Anatomy of a Legend”. Below, ANOTHER passenger on that flight tells the story, all on video, live before out lying eyes and ears.

This fellow verifies what the poor original passenger said happened and he seems quite sober and rational to me.

As I stated in that original Blog post about this story, it might not have been anything so dramatic as a dry run to a planned terrorist attack, it certainly was an example of how those fine, fine Muslim fellows can act like jerks and get away with it due to companies like AirTran and that CAIR group that thinks Muslims can do no wrong and somehow convinces normally intelligent Americans to agree.

Northwest Flight 188-A Horror of a Foul-Up

So on Fox News, on the morning of 12/16/09, I hear a “breaking news bulletin”, for which Fox is famous and issues some twenty/thirty times a day. “There’s more information released on that Northwest Flight 188 that overshot its destination by over 100 miles.”

My ears were perked.

The story of this Flight was covered on this Blog HERE and HERE.

A fairly comprehensive synopsis of the foul-ups involved in this flight is covered on the Fox site, HERE.

Let’s review what happened that day. Flight 188 was due to land in Minneapolis at around 7 pm CDT in the evening on 10/21/09. At around 8:15 pm a Flight Attendant buzzed the pilot cabin to ask when the flight would be landing.

Supposedly the pilot and co-pilot had been working on a laptop computer, trying to learn the new scheduling system used by Delta, which had acquired Northwest. Those two got so involved with their learning curve, allegedly, they overshot their destination by what has been reported to be as much as 150 miles to 300 miles. When the Flight Attendant buzzed in the pilot, Timothy Cheney saw the plane was near Eau Claire, Wisconsin.

Stop here a moment and know that I do not believe those two guys were learning a new scheduling system. I think they were asleep, pure and simple. But they don’t want to admit such a thing and there’s a reason they can get away with their silly lie, read on.

That’s not all that went awry that night.

According to the NTSB report, the pilot and co-pilot were not on good terms. They were flying together for the first time and the pilot indicated that he did not think much of his co-pilot’s skills.

Yet we are to believe that these two fellows got so engrossed in learning this new software, such was their companionability, that they lost all track of time and forgot they were flying an airplane?

But there were more screwups.

A controller was evidently trying to reach the airplane. He called Northwest to ask the dispatchers to please try reaching the plane. Only the controller could not get through to Northwest as…the phone NUMBER WAS OUT OF SERVICE!!

The Northwest dispatchers had been sending messages to the airline but they went unanswered. Unanswered, I argue, because the two guys flying the plane were fast asleep. Unanswered, so those same two guys would tell you, because they were all involved with learning new software.

The reason the Controllers could not get through to the Northwest dispatchers was because the phone number had changed once Delta acquired Northwest and NOBODY TOLD THE CONTROLLERS!

But it gets better.

There is something called Domestic Events Network, or DEN. It is a conference call of sorts between air traffic controllers, military commanders and other folks of authority. DEN was established because of the events of 9-11-01.

The Controller at the Minneapolis facility, well she was a bit of a dolt. First she could not be contacted by DEN because her duties required her to be away from her desk and she was, in fact, AWAY FROM HER DESK. So whoever in the gubmint designed this DEN system had no backup for this most ordinary event, the notion that the Controller Manager might be, um, doing his or her job? We got a team of terrorists all busy tying up passengers over Wyoming and tossing them out of the plane and the Air Force guy keeps trying to call the Controller to arrange an interception and the Controller is all busy counseling an employee for long lunch periods?

When contact was finally established with this Manager by DEN she wasn’t sure if the connection was secure so she asked someone to please contact her by phone. Don’t they teach this sort of thing? Of course it was secure, THAT WAS WHY DEN WAS CREATED! Or did no one from the gubmint make this clear to the Controllers whose job it was to, um, know such things?

We go on….

Once someone convinced the idiot Controller Manager at Minneapolis that the DEN network was secure and taught her the job she should have known before being given the position, the equipment had major glitches. There were screeches and clicks and static such that the original intent of the system…ie to conference Controllers, the Military, maybe even the President, simply did not work. So no one from the gubmint either a)tested the clarity of the equipment at inception or b)forgot to put a requirement in the manual that the equipment be checked periodically, much like cable companies have to do that awful buzz thing every month in the event of an emergency?

In the end the folks who should have been involved with intercepting that plane, had it been taken over by terrorists and at the time nobody knew because the pilots were asleep…er, learning new computer software…didn’t get any information on the errant airplane for over 69 minutes. An airplane that goes out of contact for ten minutes requires notification of authorities because hey, in 69 minutes dear Lord the terrorists could have poisoned everybody on the plane and been ten minutes from flying into the White House!

Finally, because this plane is older, the infamous “black box”, ie the device which records all cockpit conversations, “recycles”. Which means that after two hours of recording the machine “loops” back and tapes over the conversations.

From the Huffington Post we get a daring explanation for the delay in the pilots reporting in. Could it be that they deliberately flew that airplane enough so that the sounds of their snores, er their conversations about the scheduling software, would be overwritten and no one would ever know the truth?

I consider this incident so serious with so many failures that my mind reels. It’s been how long since 9-11-01?

And I’ve just got to say it. Do we really want the gubmint taking over our health care?

Susan Powell-Missing Woman But Husband Knows Nothing

So Susan Powell, a 28 year old Utah woman with two young sons, goes missing on December 7 and no one knows where she went. She left behind her pocketbook, cell phone, car keys, and most importantly, HER CHILDREN.

Her husband, another Drew Peterson in the making, says he wasn’t home the night she went missing as he took his sons camping on December 6 and when he got home Susan was gone.

Heh. He took his sons, ages 2 and 4, camping on a Sunday night, around midnight, when he had to go to work the next day. They made ‘smores and slept in the van. He “forgot” he had to go to work; he got his days mixed up.

He told police he left his house about midnight on Dec. 6 to go camping with their two sons, ages 2 and 4. He said they went to the Simpson Springs recreation area in Tooele County. Temperatures that night were well below 32 degrees.

I got a bridge to sell cheap anybody believes this story.

Obviously ole Josh Powell is under scrutiny by the authorities. The guy did finally get an attorney, as he should have. Those kids were questioned and hey, the oldest is 4 years old. He said that his Daddy did take them for a ride but who knows, that “camping trip” could just as easily have been a little trip to dispose of Mommy’s body.

I’ve seen Susan’s father gin up and act all brave during interviews this past week. I know the cops tell families of the missing to pretend like they’re on the side of the one most suspicious, which in this case would be Susan’s husband, Josh. I felt for the man. He said he believed his son-in-law and he didn’t know of any problems the couple had, that they seemed happy.

Only it turns out that Josh filed for bankruptcy for over $200,000 in debts and Josh acts about as guilty as anybody on the planet. That impromptu camping trip is about as phoney an alibi as any I’ll ever hear. Yet Susan’s father puts on a stiff lip and sticks to his story of love and harmony between Josh and Susan.

Sad Christmas for Susan Powell’s parents and those two youngsters of hers. Daughter and mother gone, likely tossed on some snow drift in the mountains of Utah.

Oh, and rumor has it that there were two wet spots on the carpet of the Powell household, with a floor fan blowing upon it when investigators came into the house with a search warrant.

Will the 90 Year Old Get the Death Penalty for Murdering the 100 Year Old?

Elizabeth Barrow celebrated her 100th birthday on 8/21/09. On 9/24/09 her body was found in the bed in her nursing home. Her head was encased in a plastic bag.

I covered this story in a True Crime post in October of 2009. The story as reported then already had Barrow as being declared the victim of a homicide. There was also a quick but very obvious reference to Barrow’s roommate in the article.

I nailed the murderer straightaway.

This murder had to be done by either that room-mate or an employee of the nursing home.

Now the roommate has been officially charged with Barrow’s murder.

Barrow’s son says that his mother’s roommate was often querulous and complained about her many visitors. The roommate often made threatening remarks, as the son reports, and she accused Barrow of taking her things.

Both of the women, according to the nursing home, had been offered the chance to change roommates and both refused.

Well I hope the nursing home got this in writing because this assertion is mighty convenient. For it sounds like this roommate, at age 98, is probably a bit senile and won’t likely get the death penalty or anything. FTA, the alleged murderer is currently being assessed for mental capacity.

I’d say Barrow’s children have a damn good case for a lawsuit.

School Drug and Alcohol Counselor Indicted on Drug Charges

A Seattle Public Schools drug and alcohol counselor has been indicted on drug charges following allegations that he and another man conspired to distribute prescription pain killers.

Rainier Beach High School drug and alcohol intervention specialist Robert Henry Smith, 59, was arrested Thursday night along with 37-year-old Adrian Demetrius Johnson, a U.S. Attorney's Office spokeswoman said Friday in a statement.

Well why should we be surprised?

Isn’t clear from the article if this fine fellow was selling to school children, but on one of these drug buys, Smith actually left the school to obtain the illegal drugs.

Why be shocked at a school drug counselor’s arrest for, duh, selling drugs, when we’ve got an alleged “safe school czar” advocating obscene books for our adolescents?

So if the President appoints a safe school czar that describes and promotes obscene sex practices, encourages the reading of lewd literature and openly professes admiration of a supporter of the “Man Boy Love Association”, why should we surprised that a school drug counselor sells drugs on the side?

Teacher Cuts Off Child’s Braid For Fooling With During Class

On the subject of teachers, while it’s not as bad as being a drug counselor while selling drugs, I think cutting off this child’s braid to be a most ridiculous and hardly mature solution to the problem. For sure the punishment did not meet the “crime”.

A Milwaukee teacher was charged with disorderly conduct after cutting off a 7-year-old's braid in front of her classmates, WISN-TV in Milwaukee reported.

Now I can just imagine this child playing with one of those braids endlessly during a boring moment at school. I had pig tails when I was in the first grade and I remember playing with them quite a bit.

But to take a pair of scissors and cut out off a braid from someone’s head is a bit outrageous.

What the hell do the colleges teach future teachers of our children? What right did this woman have to grab a child and cut her hair?

I’m not saying the hair-twiddling wasn’t a distraction and some action wasn’t in order. But, going out on a limb here, the child could have been removed from the classroom, perhaps her parents called.

I’m happy that the teacher got a criminal charge for such ill-conceived behavior.

Americorps, Gerald Walpin and Michelle Obama

A big shout out to Byron York, who is the only journalist evidently following that horror of an abuse of power that involves the top people in this administration, a belligerant middle finger to the senate, and a child rapist. This story’s going to explode on the scene soon enough and I’m going to keep on top of it.

Gerald Walpin is an Inspector General. Inspector Generals are folks assigned to oversee programs receiving federal dollars. The idea is that having independent investigators making sure that our tax dollars are not mis-spent is better than having the congress critter getting the pork also overseeing the pork project.

Inspector Generals cannot be fired without the approval of BOTH the administration and the senate.

That is until the Obama administration. All rules went out the window when this thugocracy took office.

Not only did the Obama administration summarily fire an Inspector General without prior senate approval, now it would seem that members of the administration lied outright to congressional investigators.

Kevin Johnson is a former basketball player. He is also now Mayor of Sacramento, California. He also, ahem, likes young teenage girls and here’s the direction of the investigation.

Because Gerald Walpin was honing in on the use of taxpayer dollars by Johnson to pay off his young adolescent lovers and folks, it don’t get much worse than this.

The administration is covering for pervert Kevin Johnson and yeah I know he’s a basketball hero. He also has sex with young teen girls and uses tax dollars to pay them, or their parents off.

The wall the Obama administration is building around this case is deep and dense.

I don’t think they’ll be able to keep it under wraps much longer.

Those Five Fine Pakistani Home-Grown Terrorists

Their parents knew nothing.

Five young Muslim American men from the Washington suburbs who disappeared late last month were detained in Pakistan on Wednesday in a police raid on a house linked to a militant group, American and Pakistani officials said.

One of the men had left behind an 11-minute video calling for the defense of Muslims in conflicts with the West and suggesting that “young Muslims have to do something,” said one person who had seen the video, describing it as a farewell of sorts.

Although the men were arrested at the home of one of the fellows’ father, Khalid Farooq.

And we’ve got the apologist group CAIR-Council on American-Islamic Relations, that admits that there is a “small number” of Muslims attracted to extreme behavior.

All five of these young men are American citizens. A few were born abroad but they were all citizens of this country, living a fine life, allowed to worship as they pleased, all obtaining a higher education in this land of the free and home of the brave. All five of them attended a mosque in Alexandria, Va, the same mosque attended by the Fort Hood shooter. All of them are described by various relatives and friends as quiet, studious, hardly terrorists.

And yet they all got on an airplane one day, flew over to Pakistan, met in a house owned by one of their fathers, and God knows what they planned.

The complaint said Shilts failed field-sobriety tests. It said as he was taken to the police station he urinated in the back of the squad car, spraying the back of the officer's head.

This time he loses his driver’s license for three years.

True Crime Wrap Up Includes Many Politicos Involved in Various "Crimes"

What’s the True Story of AirTran flight 297?

The tale of the strange incidents on AirTran flight out of Atlanta on November 17 is weird not only because of what happened on board the plane, but also by how oddly AirTran is treating the release of facts concerning the incidents.

From various web sites, all listed below, here are the details as I’ve gleaned with all caveats noted.

First, know now that AirTran refers to this incident on its web site, Airtran.com, as “Flight 297 – Anatomy of an Urban Legend”.

Second, know now that I have seen very little coverage of this story in any of the Old Media except for a local TV station.

Third, know now that AirTran reports that the flight manifests from Flight 297 reveal that the original fellow who reported the incident was NOT a passenger on the plane. Know now that this fellow says he indeed WAS on the plane and that he has a boarding pass to prove it. Know now that the status of Gene Hackemack, the first to report the tale of AirTran Flight 297, is not yet clear to me as to whether he was a passenger on that plane or not.

Fourth, know that other passengers have verified the claims of Gene Hackemack.

Here’s what happened, according to Hackemack.

AirTran Flight 297 to Houston from Atlanta was taxiing out to the takeoff strip when 11 men seated in the back of the plane began to raise a ruckous. The uproar involved a video camera and some shenanigans which included passing the camera around, loud laughter, in general, a sense of horseplay making all passengers aboard the flight, including Hackemack, very uncomfortable. The 11 men involved with all the shenanigans were Muslim, or at least the original writer so asserted. Perhaps they were dressed in Muslim garb, it’s unclear to me how this was known.

At this point it’s important to note that Hackemack asserted in his first detail of the incident that the whole incident was a “dry run”, which I interpret to mean the enactment of a scripted series of events that “tests” various reactions to the acting to better determine how it might all come down during the “real” event and/or to ascertain any problems before arranging a true planned occurrence, ostensibly a terrorist action.

The flight attendant did ask one of the men passing around the camera to turn it off as it was not allowed during takeoff and I got the impression that the men weren’t sitting quietly and seat-belted properly as should be the case during take-off. I caution that the logistics and stature of the men during all this horseplay is not all that clear to me. What is quite clear to me is that the flight attendant asked somebody to sit down and this is VERY important, the pilot of the plane turned it around AND WENT BACK TO THE TERMINAL.

Evidently the pilot had radioed in his intentions to somebody because once the plane arrived back at the terminal several official types boarded the plane and in due course all 11 of the disruptors were removed from the plane.

The passengers remained on board, I must suppose it was expected that the plane would soon take off. But to everyone’s surprise, TEN OF THE MEN REMOVED FROM THE PLANE RE-BOARDED THE PLANE!

The pilot and the entire crew refused to fly with that group of fine folk and right behind the exit of these people, all of the passengers also refused to fly and all exited the plane. Flight 297 was eventually cancelled.

So okay, no Old Media reported this incident but it is a story percolating around the Internet and now is part of this Blogger’s weekly True Crime entry, read by two to three people every week.

AirTran is behaving with very insincere PR regarding this incident. The airline pooh-poohs the entire matter as being a matter between an unruly passenger and the airline but hey, eleven Muslim types refuse to behave during a flight takeoff, the incident disturbs the pilot enough to not only turn around but to REFUSE TO FLY WITH THAT GROUP, all of the passengers refused to fly with that group, the flight WAS cancelled.

Instead AirTran is attacking the person who originally reported the incident, perhaps with untruths.

First and foremost, 11 Muslim men behaved so badly on an airplane as to cause the plane to eventually be cancelled. AirTran cannot deny this fact.

11 Muslim men who could have, go with me here, just sat down and awaited the plane to take off and then they could have had their yuks and shared their video, even walk about the plane. Instead they acted like children, why?

Most of us, including that flight crew and those passengers, would not fly a plane with a bunch of jerks behaving so badly and the more intelligent amongst us will not forget 9-11 and other Muslim passengers who behaved so badly.

Next, why hasn’t this incident been reported? It’s not newsworthy? Such things are a matter of judgement, true, but this is, indeed, quite newsworthy and should, if nothing else, be investigated by more than the PR Gurus at AirTran.

Third, attack the messenger? Hackemack says he did dramatize his telling of the tale a bit, not expecting it to undergo such close scrutiny but isn’t Hackemack’s attempts to get a Pulitzer secondary to a plane being cancelled because of the ill-mannered behavior of 11 Muslim men?

I’m not convinced, as Hackemack originally so vehemently asserted, that this incident was a “dry run”, a precursor to a terror event. I am certainly convinced that it is an incident involving very bad behavior by a bunch of Muslims and these people do like to blow themselves up, fly airplanes into buildings, shoot innocent folks on army bases, from time to time.

TSA Secret Information Documents Posted on Internet

This tidbit passes by with a fury one day last week and I am struck still. Soon enough the media storm is over but I sit and ponder.

First, let’s get this obligatory nod to the insane notion that we should turn over our health care to the government lest all our medical records be put on the Internet for the world to see.

Next, per the longish quote below, this wasn’t just a few blurbs about the TSA and an overview on how it must handle airport security, say for example, provided as a service to you the traveling public so you may understand why the delay and such.

This secret document below is quite explicit. In fact, the discovery of this little gem was made by a Blogger, but of course. The Old Media? Nothing.

The federal government improperly posted an internal guide to its airport passenger screening procedures on the Internet in a way that could offer insight into how to sidestep security.
The document outlines who is exempt from certain additional screening measures, including members of the U.S. armed forces, governors and lieutenant governors, the mayor of Washington, D.C., and their immediate families.

It offers examples of identification documents that screeners accept, including congressional, federal air marshal and CIA ID cards; and it explains that diplomatic pouches and certain foreign dignitaries with law enforcement escorts are not subjected to any screening at all. It said certain methods of verifying identification documents aren't used on all travelers during peak travel crushes.

Before I go into my alternate theory of how this whole mess might have ended up for all the world to see, more detail on just how this happened.

It would seem that there was some intent to have portions of this manual on the Internet for perusal by the American public for perhaps as I’ve suggested above, a peek into why we must get to the airport so early for our understanding or maybe just a gubmint PR sort of thing. Portions of the manual were “redacted”, which meant they were “blacked” out in some fashion. Obviously there are parts of the manual that the traveling public should not see lest they know security secrets they shouldn’t know.

Whatever fashion was used, it turned out that with just a click here and a tweak there, all of the redacted information was readily viewable.

Again, these are the people that will be charged with handling our sensitive medical information, the mind just boggles.

We now learn that five folks from this stellar gubmint agency, soon to be in charge of our health care, start praying.

Five Transportation Security Administration employees have been placed on administrative leave since it was discovered that sensitive guidelines about airport passenger screening were posted on the Internet.

Here’s my concern, not that there wasn’t a fine, fine Muslim fellow who recently shot up a bunch of his colleagues at Fort Hood army base all the while colluding with some other radical Muslim fellow and giving out all sorts of signs about his craziness. But what if a bunch of those TSA folks DELIBERATELY posted this TSA manual online with that redacted portion so easily removed?

We have what could arguably have been a “dry run” in the story of those well-behaved Muslim airline passengers above and hey, now we have the TSA manual on the Internet for all the terrorists across the planet to access for immediate information they might need to smuggle bombs and such on a plane. No need to be emailing or snail-mailing or phone calling just boom, put the thing on the Internet, let the word get out, and any terrorist with access to a laptop wanting to plan an attack just signs on and there it all is.

The Obligatory Tiger Woods Post

I imagine that I was just as flabberghasted as the rest of America over the recent Tiger Woods flap.

I mean, come on…he’s so cute! His wife is so pretty. His children are adorable!

One of Tiger’s conquests says she’s not a whore.

Then we hear that there’s non-stop action at Tiger’s house what with him driving his Escalade into trees and fire hydrants deep in the night and if that wasn’t enough, in early December there’s more late night action at the Woods’ house with mother-in-laws collapsing and goodness we all stand shocked, shocked I tell you.!

And every day here during this holiest of seasons we hear of yet another Tiger mistress/girlfriend and the latest as of this writing is that Tiger rather enjoys multiple partners, at the same time, and a Madame now reveals all the prurient details about Tiger’s enjoyment of a certain prostitute. Not that, by this time, anyone’s surprised at this turn of events, assuming it’s true.

The thing is, we’ve got Kobe Bryant, Iverson, all those football players and other sports figures and damn even the cute, young Phelps fellow got caught on film smoking dope so it’s not like sports types getting into trouble and such is anything new.

But Tiger Woods went to such great pains to create an almost angelic image. And whoever “handled” this ball of testosterone sure did a great job.

Tiger’s scandal is all the more shocking because of his formerly pristine image.

I suppose the man will continue to play golf but there will be snickers, lots of snickers.

Sometimes, as in the case of the impossibly talented, the unlimited wealthy, the unbounded beautiful, the only thing that keeps them humble and within some sort of normal behavior limits, is the mockery of the society around them.

Because Tiger, you got away with some kind of crime with that Escalade but okay, you can pay to fix the hydrant and you can probably buy ten new Escalades just on your chump change.

But you can’t buy off the collective snickers of all of America.

Maybe some other stupid jerk with everything America had to offer those with talent and a willingness to work hard –which Tiger Woods had, and did- will learn something.

But probably not.

Woman Shoots Intruder While On Phone With Dispatcher

This is a True Crime story that doesn’t involve a cute, precious child, or a pretty missing female, or a serial killer or even a stupid criminal.

And yet it’s one of the most heartbreaking stories grounded in a reality that had to be what it was and had to happen how it happened.

The story did capture the interest of many who follow such things and the release of the 911 tape is surely riveting.

It’s not at all clear just why Billy Dean Riley was banging on the door of Donna Jackson but he was. Jackson phoned the police all the while Riley was banging on her door and even as he began to throw furniture at the door to gain entrance.

Jackson was on the phone with the dispatcher the whole time and it’s a short audio but it’s riveting.

The dispatcher did her best to get Jackson to safety from her determined intruder. Police were dispatched straightaway and obviously the police dispatcher wanted to avoid bloodshed.

But Riley, who is believed to have been high on some kind of drug, kept screaming and banging and throwing things at the door. Donna Jackson had a gun and told the dispatcher that while she didn’t want to shoot this guy, she’d shoot him “graveyard dead”.

The dispatcher urged Jackson to retreat into a safe room but Jackson refused to back into a corner and make herself more vulnerable.

Finally the dispatcher told Jackson that she will have to do what she must do.

And Jackson did. Billy dean Riley is dead. Graveyard dead.

Amanda Knox-Over With…For Now

I am delighted that so many Americans haven’t bought into the spin purchased and paid for by the fine, fine murderess Amanda Knox and her family.

Some of the propaganda aims at Italian courts, some is based on the “truth” as told by none other than Amanada herself, some is that there are always people, out there somewhere, who need some criminal or another to champion their innocence despite their obvious guilt…I don’t know why this is so.

Amanda Knox has been tried in the judicial system of the country in which she committed her crime and has been found guilty.

Amanda did the deed, yes she did. Amanda Knox does not deserve any compassion or soft sobs. She brutally murdered her roommate even as the roommate was being sexually assaulted by one of Amanda’s druggie/drinking friends and as Amanda coldly slit her throat.

Above is the name of the crime for which President Obama should be charged. And if the granting of six million dollars of the stimulus money alleged to be for “stimulating” the economy to Hillary Clinton’s campaign manager Mark Penn’s firms to repay her campaign debt isn’t outright, brazen thievery of our tax dollars than there is no such thing.

The Obama administration laughs at our silly outrage and says the six million saved three jobs.

Although stealing so blatantly from the U.S. Treasury is a big crime we are expected to ignore, an argument can be made that at least it was us adults so fooled and robbed by electing Obama.

Kevin Jennings formed an organization called GLSEN…meaning Gay/Lesbian/Straight/Education/Network. Before reading another word…say what?

Was there some sort of urgent need for this organization? Is this, like, a sex education sort of thing? Is the idea to extend such “education” to GAYS and LESBIANS up to an including STRAIGHTS?

But enough of my own personal confusion. Kevin Jennings has a right to create his organizations of choice.

More Teacher/Student Sex But This Time Teacher’s Innocent

In June, the Georgia Supreme Court ruled that, when the student is a willing participant and is 16 or older, the student’s consent can be a defense for teachers facing a sexual assault charge. The judge referenced that decision in his ruling.

This would fall under the “STRAIGHT” Education Network of Safe Schools Czar Kevin Jennings’ GLSEN organization we must suppose.

I like to post stories about student/teacher sex relationships. They are most always illegal, often against school policy and almost always unethical.

Except in Georgia where this fine teacher Christopher King was able to have sex with a 16 year old student that was very legal.

Seems the state of Georgia thinks 16 year olds are mature enough to handle sex with a teacher.

Well the Judge had to rule as he did. The Georgia Supreme Court had ruled that despite the ethics of teacher King, the child he seduced was mature enough to handle it.

Hey, maybe the very mature student was educated by the GLSEN Safe School Czar?

Well, there is good news and bad news about my Christmas decorations this year.

Good news is that I truly out did myself this year with my Christmas decorations. The bad news is that I had to take him down after 2 days. I had more people come screaming up to my house than ever. Great stories. But two things made me take it down. First, the cops advised me that it would cause traffic accidents as they almost wrecked when they drove by. Second, a 55 year old lady grabbed the 75 pound ladder almost killed herself putting it against my house and didn't realize it was fake until she climbed to the top (she was not happy). By the way, she was one of many people who attempted to do that. My yard couldn't take it either. I have more than a few tire tracks where people literally drove up my yard.

Kind of feel like I gave in to the man by taking him down but my neighbor did confirm to near miss accidents on the busy street next to my house. I think I made him too real this time

So it was fun while it lasted

A good guess as to why all the silly attempts to cover that stupid couple who crashed the White House last week. The Blog Post pooh poohs the guess and offers a better reason.

A Silly “Crime” That Won’t Go Away

The story of MEEP is a tale that has fascinated mine own husband lo going on three weeks now.

First, husband worked in Danvers, Massachusetts for many years. Second, the story has grown to mythical proportions as much from the sheer silliness of the tale as from how stupidly the principal of Danvers High School reacted to his annoyance.

Below is a meandering, convulted narrative of MEEP, the issues and concerns of Principal Murray, and some meaningless explanations from both administrations and students alike.

What's wrong with 'meep'? It's all in how you say it

DANVERS — It's no surprise that using bad language in school can get you into hot water. But "meep"?

Danvers High parents recently got an automated call from the principal warning them that if students say or display the word "meep" at school, they could face suspension.

Meep doesn't mean much, unless you are Beaker — the hapless, orange-haired assistant to Dr. Bunsen Honeydew on "The Muppet Show."

While meep may be nonsense, what it represented was no laughing matter to the high school's administration. High school Principal Thomas Murray said students were using it and other words to disrupt school in a particular part of the building on Cabot Road. The term later became part of a disruption some students were planning online.

"It's really not about the word in particular," Murray said. "The reason for the message (was) a group of students were instructed to refrain from that language and other language in a particular part of the building."

Murray gave students "a reasonable request" not to use the word to disrupt school in a hallway, and to stop other behaviors, but they did not listen, Murray said.

"Students were not going along with the direction or refraining from a particular type of language," he said.

Murray did not elaborate on how the students were acting out. But he did say the phone call home was an attempt to head off a disruption being planned on the social networking Web site Facebook.

The disruption never happened, and Murray credited students for heeding his warning.

Murray said the school must react when online activity crosses paths with the school day. To that end, some students — Murray did not say how many — were suspended, but there were additional factors involved in their suspension unrelated to simply saying "meep."

"There were multiple reasons why students have been disciplined," Murray said.

And, he said, the matter was not about banning meep at Danvers High.

"It has nothing to do with the word," Murray said. "It has to do with the conduct of the students. We wouldn't just ban a word just to ban a word."

Murray said he called parents via the automated message phone system warning students not to use the term because "it would be seen as going against the request of the administration and cause a disruption to the school day."

Murray said students were not using the term to harass another student or a teacher.

"It's really about language and conduct," Murray said. "For me, it boils down to respectful conduct."

It's unclear what meaning "meep" has, other than it is a popular thing for kids to say when they are at a loss for something to say, according to various Web sites.

A group on Facebook called Meep has 370 members, for instance, and lists three Danvers High students as members. The category heading is: "Just for Fun — Totally Random," and it involves people just typing the word "meep" in various ways and expressing their fondness for the word.

Entries for the word "meep" in the online Urban Dictionary include "ouch," "uh-oh," a substitution for a swear word, a greeting, an exclamation or "a random expression of happiness used to fill gaps in conversation."

Some Danvers High students said yesterday they were not sure what "meep" means.

"No one really knows," said sophomore Melanie Crane, who said some freshmen used the term, but she has not heard the term used herself.

Other students outside Danvers High who declined to give their names said they got the phone message from Murray saying they risked suspension if they uttered the word.

They said the term is meaningless, comes from the Muppet Beaker or is a sound Japanese anime characters make. One student said nearly all the students think the whole thing is ridiculous.

Murray said the matter should be a wake-up call to parents about how kids are using social networking sites.

"I'm not sure parents are aware of what students are getting into on the Facebook sites," Murray said.

In the near future, Murray is planning a student-and-parent forum on the pitfalls of Facebook.

So the MEEP story plagues Principal Murray in his worst nightmares and now this Blogger, read by two to three people every day, continues to keep the story alive.

Regarding the story above, the readers learns that Principal Murray made a phone call to the homes of Danvers High students warning the parents to instruct their children against the use of the word MEEP and to, eh, head off an attack of an online social networking site.

Say what? Why the hell is the school worried about a major MEEP attack on Facebook?

The narrative continues and now Principal Murray laments that the MEEP word was disrupting the normal course of events in a school day. So okay, this makes sense. Disruption of school days is a concern of such as high school Principals.

Unfortunately the students of Danvers High school have glommed on to their Principal’s hatred of the word MEEP, and, dare I suggest, the man’s rather ridiculous reaction to what should have probably been ignored to die a quiet death?

Principal Murray is now trapped like a rat. I suspect the man wishes he’d never complained a whit about the word MEEP because the students, being adolescents all, now have a joint cause, a mission of sorts, a challenge to keep MEEP alive, breathing and organic against efforts to ban it.

I liken the MEEP word to the word “DUDE”. Understand that I rather like the use of the word DUDE in that boom, with one-syllable and four letters, so much verbiage is compressed.

An example phrase DUDE might replace=”Do you really think this was such a good idea?” or “That’s really, really cool, original, way out.” Or “Have you lost your mind?”

I say to Principal Murray, who probably gnashes his teeth during the endless nightmares that has hairy blue MEEPS attacking him deep in the night…

DUDE?

What’s the REAL Story Behind the White House Gate Crashers?

Obviously any Tom,Dick or Harry should not be walking up to the White House and gain entrance based on hear-say and not much more.

The story behind the alleged party crashing by Tareq and Michaele Salahi has captivated the media over the long Thanksgiving weekend as well as through this past week. While gate-crashers at a White House party is a point of interest, it seems odd that the would-be crime should cause a congressional inquiry. A congressional inquiry complete with refusals by the White House based on separation of powers and threats of subpoenas I would add.

From Stupidcelebrities.net we have one possible explanation.

The latest juicy details about the White House party crashers Tareq and Michaele Salahi is that they have ties to the radical Palestinian and anti-Semite Rashid Khalidi. World Net Daily broke the news on Sunday and we’ll have to wait and see if the mainstream media picks up on the story that they couldn’t seem to ignore last week. Tareq Salahi, the husband of the hot babe Michaele, served on the board of the American Task Force for Palestine, where Khalidi served as vice president.

The American Task Force for Palestine has scrubbed Salahi’s and Khalidi’s names from their website, but a Google cache search of the site shows Salahi’s bio and his position. The Task Force basically lobbies for a Palestinian state and would like Israel to disappear. Taken from Aaron Klein at World Net Daily:

“The Task Force lobbies for a Palestinian state and demands the so-called right of return for Palestinian “refugees” – a formula Israeli officials across the political spectrum have warned could destroy Israel by population genocide, with the Jewish state forced to accept millions of Arabs, thus diluting its Jewish majority.”

The anti-Semite and pro-Palestine Khalidi has close ties to President Obama, which he has tried to hide – gee, another anti-Semite tied to Obama? Who would’ve thought! Khalidi was a professor at the University of Chicago at the same time as Obama.

I include this rather long quote as it seems to be an attempt to explain the flap over the invite to this couple and the nefarious ways that they were allowed admission.

This is a clear case of Occam’s Razor as I see it. The solution is likely the simplest one in this matter in that this couple has a reputation far and wide as celebrity wannabes.

I’m not at all sure President Obama much cares about the Salahis’ relationship with the Palestinian state. U.S. Presidents have to socialize with all sorts of folks and per the quote above I understand that Salahi is VERY involved with the Palestinian authority but so?

The inference in the quote above is that President Obama wanted to hide his relationship to the Salahis so he arranged a “backdoor” admission for them to the party.

I do not think such shenanigans were necessary. I don’t think the fallout of having a lobbyist for the Palestinian Authority would have amounted to much of anything. Again, U.S. Presidents must socialize with all sorts of folks.

A fashionable and happening woman known as Desiree Rogers soon became the focus of the investigation. Rogers is the White House social secretary and she is in charge of such things as who gains admission to White House events.

Rogers has been “invited” to testify before the House Homeland security committee. In a ham-handed move that defies all logic, the White House has denied Rogers a chance to be interviewed by the House committee citing separation of powers.

Now “separation of powers” is a very real thing in this fine country of ours. We can’t have the White House demanding that senators and congress critters turn over their documents upon command and visa versa. America is founded on the notion that the various functions of our government are separate and uncontrolled by other areas of government.

But Social Secretary?

It kind of makes a mockery of what is a noble concept.

The Secret Service director will be testifying before the house committee but so far the Salahis and Rogers refuse to testify. Of course the House has the power to subpoena the Salahis and whether this happens or not remains to be seen.

New Charges To Be Made Against Chandra Levy’s Alleged Murder

First, it is the firm contention of this True Crime Blog that Ingmar Guandique did NOT kill Chandra Levy. I believe that Gary Condit killed Chandra and if yon reader would go to the link he or she would read my reasons for my belief and why this pathetic Ingmar Guandique is definitely NOT guilty of Levy’s murder.

If, and when, silly prosecutors charge and try this man for the murder of Chandra Levy I shall buy every yon reader a bridge, recently renovated.

Federal prosecutors in the Chandra Levy murder case told a D.C. Superior Court judge Monday that they plan to file additional charges against the suspect, Ingmar Guandique.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Fernando Campoamor told the judge that his office plans to file a superseding indictment within the next few weeks and has scheduled a new arraignment for Guandique for Dec. 15.

Of course, I’ll throw it out there, this whole thing could be a ploy to have Condit come forward in full confession to Levy’s murder lest an innocent man get charged for the crime.

Do NOT hold your breath, however. More likely this is all a show by D.C. law enforcement to have the world think they’re hot on the trail of Levy’s murder.

The D.C. law enforcement need to go to California to find Levy’s murderer…I’ll drop this hint.

I, for One, Am SICK of Mike Huckabee

On Saturday morning, 12/5/09, I watch Fox and Friends and there, yet again, is Mike Huckabee, all busy defending himself for his clemency grant to cop killer Maurice Clemmons.

Lookit folks, Mike Huckabee has indulged in that great Arkansas tradition of selling pardons and Clemmons is just one of many.

When Huckabee was running for President in 2008, this Blogger, read by two to three people every day, ranted and railed against the man specifically because of his tendency to grant any criminal clemency who would hold a bible and declare a sudden love of Jesus Our Savior. Or criminals suddenly held blessed by evangelicals and church ladies who wanted to marry these same criminals.

It was Wayne Dumond who was Huck’s prior infamous criminal of pardon. Dumond had been charged guilty of rape but a bunch of church ladies took to visiting Dumond in prison and one fell in love with this fine, fine man. The church lady’s pastor, a man of great influence in an Arkansas famous for its love of the evangelist, pleaded with Huckabee to give Dumond a pardon.

Huckabee fought like the dickens to get Dumond that pardon, bypasses against all rules and the normal conventions of granting pardons and, indeed, Dumond got the pardon and married that stupid twit church lady.

A few months later Dumond raped and murdered the mother of six children.

I like Fox News, considering it a network that actually reports the news as it happens as opposed to what the White House dictates. But this past Saturday morning Fox News greatly resembled the Lamestream Media in how that interview with Huck was handled. Huckabee is, ahem, host of a popular Fox News show on Saturday nights.

First, fine. Huckabee was given a chance to defend his clemency grant of Clemmons. Nothing wrong with this.

But how come the interviewer didn’t ask ole Huck about Wayne Dumond? All logic in the laws of Journalism, which I did take in college, would require a question about another infamous pardon by the same person under attack for the infamous pardon of Maurice Clemmons.

Or, how about the fact that during Huck’s 8 years as Governor he granted more pardons than the six states surrounding Arkansas, including Texas, during that same time span?

Neither of these issues came up during that “interview” of Mike Huckabee by one of his Fox “friends”.

Another shocking revelation about Huckabee comes to light due to the recent events. Seems some Arkansas prosecutors got upset about Huck’s habit of handing out pardons to every criminal holding a bible. So one prosecutor drafted a letter in complaint of same, below.

Unbelievably, below is the response to this prosecutor’s concerned and sincere letter about Huckabee’s pardons.

Huckabee’s representative reports that Huckabee is laughing out loud.

There should be some punishment for granting unpardonable pardons. Ask the families of those four cops. Ask the children of Wayne Dumond’s victim.

Please, yon ladies and gems of such fine judgement as to be reading this Blog, I plead as you hear the American press go on and on defending this cold-blooded murderer, do not forget…SHE CONFESSED!

So okay, one might say. The innocent sometimes confess.

OH NO THEY DON’T.

It’s so rare for an innocent person to confess to a crime they did not commit that it’s almost unheard of.

Of course, if torture is involved, perhaps.

Innocent people do NOT confess to crimes they did not commit as an overwhelming rule. It’s almost impossible to confess to a crime not committed as too many details would be unknown to the innocent. Kooks confess to crimes they didn’t commit. Investigators really don’t want confessions from the innocent, even if they would help wrap up a pesky murder investigation.

The innocent just don’t know the details of the crime. Prosecutors, beyond all the nonsense one might read from all the “innocents” currently in jail, don’t want to put the non-guilty in jail. This leaves the guilty free to commit more crimes, using logic here.

Heh. Well actually Knox changed her story so many times if a movie were to be made of her actions the night her room-mate was so horrifically murdered it would require an original and five sequels. First she said she was alone that night. Then she said she spent the entire night with her boyfriend and co-murderer. Then she admitted, well now that she thinks about it, she WAS in the apartment when her room-mate but she did not, of course, wield the knife.

Knox said she heard her room-mate being murdered. She did not actually admit to doing the murdering.

When you get someone changing their stories so many times as in this case you might as well rent an airplane and write the word GUILTY in the sky. I mean, one time please, where were you and what were you doing? Is this that hard to understand?

Since Amanda will spend her years in a foreign prison I’m thinking she’ll become one of those darlings of those people with no lives who spend their time trying to free the guilty.

Maybe Amanda can get Mike Huckabee to grant her a pardon.

Don’t go thinking that little trick of suspending Operation North Pole by the U.S. postal service was due to budgetary and/or logistical reasons. It was a political action and if such shenanigans aren’t True Crimes they ought to be.

She’s the same age as my own precious granddaughter. The last picture of little Shaniya alive was shown across the airwaves as she was being carried on an elevator inside a local hotel by some decrepit sort who turned out to be her alleged murderer.

There are just no words. It’s the strangest story of recent True Crime. The mistreatment of Shaniya Davis, the rape, the abduction, the murder, are all indicators of our “throwaway kid” society.

I’m not going to lay the blame on the widespread availability of abortion. Although that’s part of it.

It’s that a baby can be aborted from its mother’s womb mere moments before birth, that a baby can be aborted from its mother’s womb if there’s too many babies in that same womb and the mother doesn’t want them all, it’s that a baby can be left on certain door stoops with no criminal persecution.

It’s a slippery slope, so I allege. We shrug off the forced removal of the gestating from its mother’s womb and it becomes small matter. I know it can’t be changed; we can’t go back to how it once was.

But you get to walking on a slippery slope. Even the liberals in Europe have limits on abortion, usually within the first trimester. Because a fine, fine group of judges sat on their supreme perches and passed laws, something that’s NOT their job, the normal nuances and restrictions involved in passing laws were not done. Next thing you know ole Joe Blow gets hisself a doctor’s license from the Kingdom of Palu in the South Pacific and he’s pulling full term babies out of their mother’s bodies God knows for what reason.

Next thing some snit bitch discovers she’s carrying triplets so she says…nope, not gonna do it, too much work…abort one of them.

Soon the “ownership” of a child expands way beyond that first trimester, say maybe up to even a full five years of age.

Because Shaniya’s mother owed some pervert drug dealer some bucks and hey, she had a five year old to sell.

The story of how the final sad sale of Shaniya came about is not at all clear. Instead we currently get dribs and drabs from Nancy Grace. Who’s very angry by the way.

And Shaniya’s father, what a doofus. He does the drama queen act first when Shaniya went missing, then after her precious body was found discarded amidst a bunch of deer carcasses, then he shows up on Nancy Grace’s show with yet another illegitimate child of his, also with a black woman it would seem.

Yes I know Shaniya’s father didn’t kill the child and I’m sure he grieves. But his histrionics seemed over the top when hey, he might have kept the child from her heinous mother. After all there had to be some reason why HE had custody of the girl and not her mother.

So why shouldn’t Shaniya’s mother face the death penalty? Who says you have to commit mass murder to get that needle?

I think if Shaniya’s mother had an appointment with Dr. Death perhaps mothers across the fruited plains who consider their children their own chattel to torture and abuse as they see fit might get a message that children are precious innocents here in America and we intend to protect them with the full force of our law.

Elizabeth Olten Killed By Demon 15-Year-Old Girl

The story of 9-year-old Elizabeth Olten’s disappearance and subsequent discovery of her body broke around the end of October and was covered on this Blog HERE.

At the time, as is my wont, I was watching Nancy Grace, who was very angry by the way, and I got a lot of the updates on the Olten girl on her show. But even Nancy Grace, who was quite angry, wouldn’t reveal the identity of the 15-year-old girl although she did state that she knew the girl’s name.

So the name of little Elizabeth Olten’s murderer has now been released. Most shocking of all, the confessed murderer, Alyssa Bustamonta’s reason for killing Elizabeth is that she wanted to know what it was like to kill someone.

On the Nancy Grace show on 11/18/09, when Nancy Grace was very angry by the way, a reporter was featured on the show who had been in court the day Alyssa Bustamonta was charged. It was revealed that this senseless murder was very much premeditated. Bustamonta had dug two graves five days before she killed Elizabeth. Elizabeth Olten had been strangled and also had her throat slit.

The fine, fine Alyssa Bustamonta has a Facebook page where is featured a video showing her fine self shocking her little brother on an electric fence, as well as her self.

I can’t even make any intelligent commentary on this case. It is, hopefully, at this point so rare that one can only shrug with incomprehension.

Elizabeth Olten was a bright, personable, loving child who should be laughing and enjoying each new day. But monsters like Elizabeth Bustamonte, who will be tried as an adult by the way, are sometimes born with Satan inside of them.

No one really knows why.

U.S. Post Office Punishes Children For Political Vendetta

“Operation North Pole”, go with me here, is totally different from “Operation Santa”. So the actions taken by the U.S. postal service in regards to Operation North Pole make no sense at all.

No wait! They make complete sense when you consider the current president who is a self-centered boob who spends entirely too much time going after political enemies rather than, say, doing his job.

Seems a registered sex offender was recognized by a volunteer at the United States Postal Service who was working on that organization’s Operation Santa.

Operation Santa is a program sponsored by the workers at the U.S. post office in which US postal workers volunteer their time after or before their normal shifts to cull through letters sent by children to Santa Claus. Some of the letters are chosen and used by these volunteers to obtain and distribute gifts to deserving children, a way to make Christmas wishes come true.

So the U.S.P.S. needs a reason to stop its participation in Operation North Pole because of this sex deviant, who was working on Operation Santa, please keep in mind. Operation North Pole is a program whereby the post office forwards letters marked to the North Pole, as children often do, to a town named North Pole located in…ALASKA!

The U.S.P.S. suspends THIS program even though the sexual deviant had nothing to do with Operation North Pole but was, instead and again, working at the Post Office’s nice little Christmas operation.

North Pole, Alaska makes quite the holiday event with its Operation North Pole, complete with parades, Christmas boutiques, and, oh yeah, they will return letters to children with a North Pole stamp, a real hoot to a little kid waiting for the letter back from Santa.

This action by the post office makes no sense, no sense at all. Some suggest, softly, that perhaps the post office wanted to get even with Alaska, whose former Governor has given this small, small, tiny, teeny president-who really should pay more attention to Afghanistan instead of spending silly time on stupid get-even tricks abusing his power, a lot of dismay and grief.

Now this might NOT be the case. The post office would defend its actions by stating that the discovery of the known sex deviant brought the concept that the post office might, unwillingly and unknowingly, be involved with delivering addresses of susceptible children by its participation in such Christmas programs as Operation North Pole. Operation North Pole’s been around since 1954 by the way.

But if so…WHY DIDN’T IT SUSPEND ITS OWN OPERATION SANTA PROGRAM? Which was where the sex deviant was discovered to begin with?

Oh. Due to public outrage over this matter, Operation North Pole and the U.S.P.S.’s forwarding of all letters sent to North Pole, Alaska, has been reinstated.

This tiny nastiness by Obama will likely go under the radar but Bloggers all across the Blogosphere were on this story like white on rice. Including this humble Blogger with a Blog read by two to three people every day.

Political Correctness Cause of Rapes and Death

Below are two stories where political correctness has run amok, resulting, arguably, in deaths and rape.

First, London’s so-called “Night Stalker”.

Seems that after seventeen years of terrorizing elder women AND men, the fellow had finally been caught.

In July, the rapist's oldest victim, Rose White (not her real name), found the strength to relive her harrowing experience.

In a moving interview published in the Times, Rose, a retired book-keeper who was 88 when she was attacked at her bungalow in Orpington, described how she was watching late-night television in bed when a hooded man appeared.

He told her that if she kept quiet and handed over her money, "you won't get hurt", but after taking £60 from her purse, he assaulted her so violently that she passed out. When Rose came to, the intruder raped her for a second time, ignoring her anguished pleas: "I said, no, please, can't you go and get a prostitute? Why pick on old ladies?" After recovering a glove that had slipped off, he left her bleeding profusely from severe internal wounds.

Now here’s the kicker. The rapist has been identified as one Delroy Grant. Bear in mind that the London police have been looking for this guy for over fifteen years. He was described as “a black male”. And yet…look at the picture of him that was published for public scrutiny.

Lest yon reader think that this guy might have been maybe real light skinned…check out this post on FreeRepublic.com. There is a picture of Delroy in this thread but his face has been blurred out but one can see his hands a little in the provided photo. Ole Delroy was way darker that the drawn picture would have you believe.

Further, just throwing it out there, why the hell was his face blurred anyway?

They’re wimps in Europe but have they really gone this far over the edge?

Muslim Honor Killing?

So there’s a question mark after that heading because it’s not at all clear that the perp in this horrific murder of a young mother of two sons was a Muslim.

A mother was found dying in a street with serious head wounds and her right hand cut off as she went to pick up her children after work.

Geeta Aulakh, who has two young sons, died four hours later in hospital from her horrific injuries.
Police later arrested her estranged husband, 31-year-old Harpreet Aulakh, along with five other men.

The poor woman was found scalped with her right hand cut off. Five other men were arrested along with her husband.

This has Muslim honor killing written all over it.

No wait! I read through five articles about this murder and could find no reference to the Aulakh’s being Muslim. Indeed the Aulakh’s were born in India, not a country known for its large Muslim population.

Still there would be vague references to religion in my readings, including a statement from Geeta’s boss that the crime didn’t appear to have anything to do with religion. I thought that odd. Most murders are about anything else but religion with the notable exception of Muslims, who think it just fine to kill disobedient wives and their own children who do not follow the parental wishes.

So I look up PUNJABI, which the is how the Aulakh’s are described. Which turns out to be an area of the world known as Punjab located, as I can best understand, half in Iran and half in India. Punjabis are largely Muslim.

Hmmmm. And nowhere is it reported the religion of this awful man who so ruthlessly murdered the mother of his two young sons. And why five other men to help him with the deed…another sign of Muslim murder?

The main religions of the Punjab region are Islam, Sikhism and Hinduism.

Chicago School Board President Found With Gunshot Wound to Head

Here’s a story still percolating under the radar. Way I figure, that gang in the White House can get all involved in the silliest of stuff such as letters to Santa Claus and goodness they want to let the fine, fine Kalid Mohammed get a trial in the States, who knows what shenanigans they’re capable of?

And even if Scott DID commit suicide, perhaps there’s something nefarious about Scott’s behind-the-scene’s activity that drove him to desperation. Scott was recently subpoenaed for an investigation into admission practices for Chicago’s elite schools and questionable activities involving Chicago’s recent Olympic bid.

So there might be more to Scott’s death than simple suicide and thus we document his death as being under the radar. For now.

Calls 911 For Sex

Most criminals, by their very nature, are stupid. But the criminals must be especially stupid to make this Blog’s stupid criminal recognition.

This fellow calls up 911 for sex. His calls are recorded and now, for all the world to smirk, in this Blog read by two to three people every day.

Most of the 911 calls are not suitable for broadcast. Even through some rough language and heavy breathing, police say the operator was able to keep her composure to track Basso down.

Ah. So here it is, immortalized in this Blog, read by two to three people every day. If, in the future, some wisenheimer gets it into his or her head to launch some sort of cartoon balloon sort of thing and pretend that a young child is trapped inside as the country frets and watches the cartoon balloon soar across the fruited plains, over trees and power lines while being magnificently recorded by the cable TV cameras and electronically piped into millions of homes across America, well maybe they’ll read this Blog and know it’s already been done.

To a not so happy ending in terms of parental punishment I might add.

Richard Heene pleaded guilty to knowingly and falsely influencing Larimer County Sheriff Jim Alderden, a felony. Mayumi Heene pleaded guilty to knowingly filing a false report with emergency services, a misdemeanor.

The brainchild behind this doofus act was the father of the little boy, one celebrity wannabe, Richard Heene, and he pled guilty to a felony, while his naïve and abused wife pled guilty to a misdemeanor. Rumor has it that a threat of deportation of Mayumi got the parents to fess up. Illegal aliens, they’re everywhere, even floating cartoon balloons and faking tears for sons allegedly trapped inside.

What’s not been made clear is whether the Heenes will have to repay us taxpayers for the various federal and state agencies’ expense for trying to capture the cartoon balloon and save the little boy.

We end this pathetic and sorry story with the final story, told in pictures, below. For what was REALLY inside that balloon?

Rep. William Jefferson-Democrat, Louisiana, Found Guilty of Bribery, Racketeering and Money-Laundering

My Hero, Rush Limbaugh, God Love Him, always says, firmly, after speaking of the despicable Louisiana local congress critter, Rep. William Jefferson, that he is a DEMOCRAT because the old media will always mention party affiliation if the perp is a Republican but somehow drop it if the perp is a Democrat. So let us be perfectly clear here, that Rep. William Jefferson, who commandeered Coast Guard boats and planes right after Hurricane Katrina, even as others waited for rescue on the roofs of their houses, to get his precious cash out of the freezer where it was stored in his house…WILLIAM JEFFERSON IS A DEMOCRAT.

William Jefferson has since been thrown out of office by his constituents, a rare thing but everyone has a point. My point came when mine own representative Mike Castle voted FOR Cap and Trade even though he is allegedly a Republican. Jefferson’s constituents’ point was being left sitting on the roof while their congress critter ignored them all to get his stolen racketeering money.

Let’s not forget that President Bush got excoriated by the screaming meemie Democrats who had been in charge of New Orleans for many years by the time Hurricane Katrina roared through, including full charge of the levees that broke and flooded the city. Yet the only elected official charged with any crime for Hurricane Katrina was, guess who? William Jefferson, DEMOCRAT, Louisiana.

A federal court found 18-year Rep. William Jefferson (D-La.) guilty this past August on 11 counts of bribery, racketeering and money-laundering. Federal guidelines specify he could face more than 20 years of prison time for his misdeeds, but prosecutors on Monday made clear they will make the case for at least 27 years — and a maximum of 33 years — when sentencing begins this Friday.

Above is the story when Jefferson, DEMOCRAT, Louisiana was first found guilty and the speculation of the jail time he might get.

Later this past week, Jefferson, DEMOCRAT-Louisiana, got a sentence of 13 years in jail.

Fine, fine man, William Jefferson, DEMOCRAT-Louisiana. His mother would be so proud of him.

Killed His Alzenheimers’ Riddled Dad In Front of Many Witnesses

This is just the strangest story. And it’s not likely a story you’ll ever see featured on Nancy Grace but it is absolutely fascinating.

Yurkanin arrived at his lowest point following a well-worn path of the relentless, thankless, solitary task of caring for someone no longer recognizable under a mask of dementia. Millions of others know it. But Yurkanin's downward spiral ended with a charge of murder.

First, to read the narrative is to read something out of Alice In Wonderland. I don’t know what Journalism school dropout penned this story but to read it you think this murderer of his own father was put upon, victimized, a forgetten denizen of a thoughtless busy society and sufferer of post-traumatic stress disorder.

Which is not to say that Bobby Yurkanin had it easy what with taking care of his father, a fellow besot with Alzenheimers, and had one mighty responsibility and no doubt source of anxiety for any only child to take on.

But the man actually DROWNED this poor old guy, in broad daylight, on a public beach, with many witnesses who all had to fight to desperately try to save the old man’s life against the angry Bobby who also once was, it should be mentioned loudly here, a prize-winning lifeguard.

It should also be noted that the Yurkanins were not poor, owning at least one home worth a million dollars in New Jersey and two others in Florida. Medicare would certainly have helped in giving Bobby Y some assistance as caregiver for his father. Point being, I’m not convinced that this fine, fine son had to be so overwhelmed that this silly liberal author of the article would sobbingly have us believe. It looks to me like this Bobby Y. the younger chose to be caregiver for his father and chose to live a life without bother of pressing employment obligations in exchange.

Bobby Y. has been charged with first degree murder of his father but you’d think the state owes this fellow a pardon, even an apology, for daring to infer that dragging your senile father into the water, forcefully holding him under water, dragging him out of the water with no bother of actually lifting his head OUT of the water first, then grabbing cell phones from witnesses trying to summon help for this poor old guy and denying any need for rescue…well how dare the authorities suggest these were improper actions by the younger Bobby Y!

Another Strange Story-Digging for Sexual Abuse

So in August of 2009 a 26 year old woman goes to the authorities and alleges that she was forced into sexual acts with her grandfather, father and several Uncles before she was 12 years of age. At that point, the woman’s siblings, six all counted, come forth and allege the same thing.

"The victims at the time were told if they write down these events that occured and put them in a glass jars and bury them, those bad memories would go away," Lowe said. Investigators are not sure where on the property the jars may be buried.

It’s just a weird thing but this story was just breaking as this column was written.

It’s not clear just where was the children’s mother. It’s also odd that bit about writing down their bad experiences, putting them in glass jars, then burying them. What sexual pervert would encourage the young children they were abusing to do such a thing? It’s tantamount to having the pervert that he knew what was being done was hurtful and would evidence at a later date, no?

It’s also hinted that the perverted patriarch, also with no mention of a wife and grandmother to these children in his surround, as well as the children’s father and his brothers, were part of some weird church and the young females were forced into marriage as part of this religion.

Finally, there’s hints that dead bodies might also be found on the property along with the glass jars contained the scripted bad memories.

It’s not that I don’t believe these stories. But out of six affected children, now all adults, why so long before reporting this?

The truth will come, I suppose, with the discovery of these buried memories.

More on That Northwest Weird Airline Flight

I think I am the only Blogger covering this story but I shall soldier on, read by two to three people every day. I covered the story of the Northwest Airline flight that overshot its landing strip by several hundred miles HERE

Understand here that no one’s been charged with a crime although the two pilots so allegedly involved with their laptop computers that squawking radios and pounded cockpit doors were ignored by BOTH of them did have their pilot licenses revoked.

Originally it was reported that the flight had overshot its landing site by 150 miles. Then a week or so later it was reported, totally under the radar, that the flight had, in fact, overshot its landing site by over 300 miles! In one of my posts on this story, linked above, I even quoted a pilot forum site that had pilots that were at least shocked by this turn of events.

Silly me. I envision this post 9-11 world where Grandma must remove her shoes before boarding any flight, to be a much safer one that would not allow dark and swarthy mideast types with no luggage to board flights to hijack and ram into our lawfully built buildings. Evidently it IS a world where some ne’er do well could hijack an airplane and fly willy-nilly all over the planet, unfettered and unbothered by silly ground control. These mythical hijackers could, systematically kill every passenger, taking time to do it right, maybe even throw the dead bodies out the door, again with no bother of ground control, maybe even play some computer games while wreaking havoc.

THREE HOURS!

At the time it had been reported that it was 1 and half hours without contact with earth below, then it was said to have been for three hours. No explanation was given for the nearly doubled time span from the original report.

On Fox and Friends on Sat 11/14/09 at 7:37, I heard with my lying ears the reason for this extra hour and half non-contact. It seems that during the time that these pilots were all busy with their laptaps playing Mario Brothers and rifling through their email that the air traffic controllers had a shift change. The ending shift never bothered to inform the incoming shift of the little problem of the airplane flying around with no contact at that time over an hour and a half.

The new shift of air traffic controllers took over and the pilots of that airplane got another hour and a half laptap play time before bothered with such as silly folks on the ground below.

I continue to be astonished and wonder if any besides myself is seriously considering the ramifications of this turn of events.

Dave Letterman Update-He Lies, No Surprise

David Letterman was having an affair with his former personal assistant way more recently than Dave had us believing -- according to documents filed by the alleged extortionist's lawyer .

According to legal papers filed today by the defense, Robert Halderman confronted Stephanie Birkitt in December 2008 with evidence of the affair and she promised to end it. But Gerald Shargel, Halderman's lawyer, claims the relationship continued "unabated" into this past summer.

Not that I am surprised but there’s way more to Letterman’s sob story than there he was minding his own business when some extortionist threatens exposure of his priestly self for no reason whatsoever.

Letterman’s alleged extortionist, Robert Halderman, now has an attorney and seems that suddenly there are judicious leaks about Letterman’s story of innocence and virginity.

We’ve already learned about how Letterman’s backstage sexual exploits were videotaped by network cameras. Now we learn that Letterman did not end his affair with intern Stephanie Birkitt even after Letterman married the mother of his son.

I must smirk again. Hey Dave, remember that stupid joke you made about Sarah Palin’s daughter being knocked up by a baseball player? That very funny joke that had me laughing all night through to the next day?

Gang Rape Good Samaritan Tells Her Story

Nov. 5) -- An 18-year-old mother from Richmond, Calif., has the distinction of being the only person of dozens who knew about the ongoing gang rape of a 15-year-old to actually alert the police.
For more than two hours, the victim was raped by a group of young men after leaving a high school dance. As many as 20 people stood and watched the ordeal, some even taking pictures, police said.

Another Crime by a Member of the Religion of Peace

We reported on the fine Muslim father who viciously killed his own daughter by running her over with his Jeep.

We were reminded by a reader about another fine Muslim fellow who cut off his wife’s head.

We understand that folks murdering their spouses are not restricted to those of the Muslim creed. This guy, however, presented himself as the alternative peaceful married Muslim on the local broadcast stations in the Buffalo area.

It’s such a unique talent, imagine a male making a female pregnant. And Dominic Baronet has the skill down to perfection.

What’s not clear to me is why this fine, fine fellow, whose mother must be so proud of him, doesn’t have to pay child support for all these babies he loves to make.

We admit that some would not call Dominic a stupid criminal or even that making a bunch of females pregnant is any sort of crime.

Goodness knows the world needs Dominic’s DNA so maybe we all ought to give this sport some sort of award.

It was an unhappy birthday for an alleged drunken driver who crashed into a local liquor store yesterday, the police said.

At 1:34 a.m., a witness on Main Street called police to report seeing a man driving a 2009 Honda Civic through a series of bushes near the Paddock restaurant, across the West End Rotary and into the Hyannis Package Store on Main Street.

The police said Bernard Kilroy, 27, of Centerville, crashed into the front window of the building and his car came to rest completely inside the store. He then put his car in reverse, exited the store and left the scene, the police said.

Investigators were able to identify Kilroy because the car's front bumper — including the license plate — was torn off the vehicle and left inside the damaged building.

“What do you mean, what’s new?”

“Well they reported that they found a bunch of bodies in his home and that’s the last I heard.”

“You do know that they believe Sowells killed those women, right?”

“Yeah, I figured that, but how come they're not covering the story more?”

CLEVELAND (Nov. 1) - Six women whose badly decomposed bodies were found at the home of a convicted rapist were all victims of homicide, the coroner's office said Sunday.
At least five of the women apparently had been strangled, said Powell Caesar, a spokesman for the Cuyahoga County coroner. Decomposition made it difficult to determine how the sixth died, he said.
The bodies "could have been there anywhere from weeks to months to years," Caesar said.

Indeed this story had been covered for a few days. A True Crime of finding ten dead women in a man’s home is a big story but I’m not sure what else my husband wanted to hear.

“If it was a cute little kid they’d be covering it a lot more,” husband lamented to my assertion that hey, the guy killed the women and hid the bodies in the nooks and crannies of his house. I told husband the guy’s in jail. What else is there to say on the matter?

This guy’s victims were evidently prostitutes. No, prostitutes don’t deserve to be murdered. But if no one reported these women missing, not even their family, just how big an impact is their very sad story supposed to have on the public?

I don’t mean it to sound cruel but even the lead detective himself mused that these women had been killed and yet there were no reports of them even missing filed with the local police departments. Some folks came out of the woodwork to mention that a niece, cousin or sister hadn’t been seen for some time now that you mention it. But the remains of many of this woman had long ago turned to mere bones.

Sowells had apparently made an offer of sex for money but strangled them instead. This fellow already had a history of rape and had been in jail for many years.

As for a cute little kid, like it of not, of course stories of missing cute little kids, even dead little kids left to rot in some idiot’s house, would be big news.

There’s a difference and while it might not be fair we’re never going to change reality.

I suspect Sowells will spend the rest of his living days in jail, perhaps get the death penalty. But once he was incarcerated that was pretty much the end of the story.

Rodney “Can’t We All Just Get Along” King Now a Boxer-

Well hey, I’m all for good old American entrepreneuralship. Rodney is the fellow who thought leading the cops on a wild chase was a good idea. Once he got caught the cops showed Rodney what they thought of that idea. The whole thing melted into a big riot and Rodney gave his famous quote about getting along.

Heh. Of course Rodney has to make noises about taking on the cops of his torment, all for the marketing.

I, for one, wish Rodney good luck in this endeavor.

Those Dangerous Windows at the U.N.

We covered the story of a nuclear weapons expert who plunged to his death from a window at the UN on this Blog, HERE:

With appropriate sarcasm we noted that throwing one’s self out of a window of the U.N., very far from home we must note, was a rather unusual way to commit suicide. The fact that Timothy Hampton was a nuclear expert about to testify on Iran was mere coincidence, we also noted on the original Blog post.

But of course Mr. Hampton’s family didn’t buy that suicide story for a minute. Mr. Hampton had a young child. While people with children commit suicides how many do the deed so very far from their home?

Hampton’s family hired an independent medical expert who discovered marks on Hampton’s neck indicating possible strangulation.

A British nuclear expert who fell from the 17th floor of a United Nations building did not commit suicide and may have been hurled to his death, says a doctor who carried out a second post-mortem examination.

Now we discover that in February 2008 yet another U.N. employee died from a suicidal plunge from the windows in the U.N. building, this the one in New York.

A 44-year-old Austrian woman who worked for the United Nations plunged from the 19th floor of the iconic Secretariat building Sunday in an apparent suicide leap, police said.

It’s been a while but yet another U.N. employee committed suicide back in 1982.
In 1982, Johannes Raven, 57, a UN official who had just resigned from the Office of Financial Services and was reported to have been upset about his failing health, jumped from the 18th floor on the west side of the building.

Folks, suicide by jumping from a window, particularly a window from a strange building nowhere near home, is very unusual.

Somebody ought to report those dangerous U.N. windows to OSHA.

But Islam Is the Religion of Peace-

This past week an American soldier of the Muslim faith, Maj. Nidal Malik Hasan, took a gun and killed 13 of his fellow soldiers, also wounding 30 others.

The Muslim PR machine has been in overdrive this past week. Like they always are, folks, when one of those Islamonuts does something like orchestrate a suicide bombing or riot over cartoons or kill their fellow soldiers or, like the fine, fine fellow below, murders their own child.

Police in Peoria, a suburb of Phoenix, are releasing few details but say 48-year-old Faleh Almaleki is in custody in Georgia. They aren’t saying where he is being held.

The young woman in question finally succumbed from the wounds inflicted by her own father. Her crime? She was too “westernized”.

We understand that lots of folks take a gun and go on killing rampages. We understand that too many parents kill their own children for too many horrendous reasons. There are even folks who try to blow up airlines that do it for reasons that make sense only to themselves. It just seems then whenever something awful is done in the name of a RELIGION, it is ALWAYS, go with me here, a Muslim.

CAIR and the other apologists for the kook fringe of this relgion that teaches entirely too much violence notwithstanding, it’s about time they stop urinating upon our feet and tell us it’s raining.

These nuts riot over CARTOONS for God’s sake!

You don’t see the Presbyterians murdering their children for being too sophisticated and urbane. You don’t see Baptists strapping suicide vests on their toddlers to better surprise and kill infidels. You don’t see Methodists declaring tiny Israel, a country the size of New Jersey, as source of all evil and whose inhabitants must be killed whenever possible. You don’t see the Amish ramming airplanes into buildings in the name of Mohammed and you don’t see Jews, heaven forbid, shooting their co-workers, preceeding the act with a shout of “Allah Akbar”.

If it’s evil done in the name of a religion it’s always a Muslim.

Which tells me that there’s some serious side of that faith that teaches violence as an answer to many problems that I must suppose all those daily prayers they do just don’t address.

We all believe in freedom of religion but that freedom of religion stops when the faith preaches killing me and mine.

We were born at night, many of us out here in American la-la land, but we weren’t born last night.

Could It Possibly Have Been Three Hours?

Once again this Blog covered the very strange story of the Airline pilots who were out of contact with land for 90 minutes, at least that was the time span reported at the time. Original Blog post here.

With appropriate sarcasm, as is my wont, I pondered these pilots getting themselves so involved with their laptaps, which is what they said they were doing those 90 minutes when they were out of touch with the world as the radio squawked and the attendants furiously rapped on the cockpit doors. So I hear with my own lying ears on the morning Fox News report, that it was in reality THREE hours those pilots were out of touch with the world.

I sit in shock and now must ponder an airplane flying around for three whole hours without contact one with the world below.

I expect that the news waves will soon be filled with other shocked personages such as my own fine humble self because hey, think of the damages to Muslim hijackers could have had if they had three hours to fly around and figure out with great leisure the most damage they can do, where, and how. I hear not a word from anywhere else so thinking I may have been hearing things, I do a Google search.

I come up with no less than an actual airline pilot forum and sure enough, below, the first commenter includes a link to a Fox story verifying what I heard and, well read the words of this actual airline pilot about the ludicrousness of flying an airplane for three hours with no earth contact.

The other day I flew from Kansas to Washington, a three hour flight or so, in the very early morning. All through Kansas City ARTCC, Denver ARTCC, and SLC ARTCC it felt like we were the only ones on the radio. The only time we heard from ATC was on check-in and hand-off. It made me uncomfortable after 5-10 minutes after check-in and not hearing any other random radio calls. Invariably, as my comfort level was exceeded the controller would hand us off to the next sector.

How can someone go from California (I think) to Minnesota without talking to ATC?”

Folks, this pilot and co-pilot say they were on their laptops and just go so involved. I ask again as I did in my original Blog post, BOTH OF THEM?

So I document again this weird incident and wonder when it will all be solved. And when will they stop airline pilots from playing an intense game of Space Invaders while they are flying planes?

What’s the Strange Story of Baby Shannon?-

Just as soon as I heard the news that a 7 month old baby was missing from its crib, this in the dead of night, Halloween night, I began collecting links and pics. Babies are seldom stolen from their cribs by strangers, especially babies whose cribs are in their parents’ bedrooms.

CHIPLEY, Fla. (Nov. 2) - Search teams looking for a missing 7-month-old girl scoured dense vines and marshes for a second day Monday.
Authorities said Shannon Lea Dedrick was last seen when her parents went to bed about 3 a.m. Saturday.

Before I even had a chance to type a word about the missing Shannon, who I feared was dead by the hand of her parents because, again, it’s just not likely a stranger stole into their parents bedroom and took the baby while not arousing anyone in the house, particularly the sleeping parents right in the same room.

Then I hear the news that baby Shannon was found, alive and well. While this was amazingly good news, the story behind Shannon’s abduction and report of same is still murky and unclear.

The baby sitter and mother of a 7-month-old Florida girl missing for five days and then found alive in a box under the sitter's bed were charged Thursday in Shannon Dedrick's disappearance.

As best as I can determine, Shannon’s mother, Chrystina Mercer, asked the child’s “babysitter”, a Susan Elizabeth Baker, to take custody of Shannon. Baker agreed. Shannon was found wrapped in a box underneath Baker’s bed, evidently in an attempt to hide baby Shannon from searchers.

Why Shannon’s mother “chose” this awful Baker woman to take custody of little Shannon is not clear at all. According to the story at the link above, Susan Baker is suspected in the disappearance of a 3 year old, Paul Baker, her stepson. Paul or his body has never been found. Susan Baker did spend some time in jail when investigators, looking for little Paul, found another child, a 6 year old, who appeared to have been badly beaten. That child was her husband’s sister.

Susan Baker is hardly the sort we’d want to give our children to is what I’m saying here, what with that poor little 3 year old still missing and the other child in her home found badly beaten.

Even odder, Susan Baker phoned up authorities earlier this year complaining that the Mercers were mistreating baby Shannon, shaking her, smoking cigarettes and doing drugs in the presence of the child.

I don’t know who’s going to be charged with what in this mess. Obviously this was a report of a false crime in an attempt to hide passing Shannon to someone else.

And through it all, if we’ve learned nothing, there is a helpless 3 year old that still remains missing from 1987 and it looks like someone might have gotten away with murder.

Al Sharpton’s Ex-Wife & Kid Tell Police Where To Go

The Rev. Al Sharpton’s ex-wife and daughter were arrested last night after berating a pair of Harlem cops who pulled them over for running a red light in the wrong lane to get around their slow-moving, unmarked cruiser, sources told The Post.

I mean, come on. Ole Al’s daughter got tired of the slow pace of the police cruiser in front of her (read it again, a POLICE cruiser) so she veered around the car, crossing double lines into oncoming traffic to do so, then ran through a red light to get around the police vehicle. The police cruiser was unmarked so I suppose it’s possible Al’s daughter, along with his ex-wife, didn’t know.

According to the linked story, Al’s daughter dropped her father’s name quite frequently at the police station after being handcuffed and carted off in custody.

Al Sharpton says it’s highly unusual to have such a routine traffic stop end up at the police station but hey, that’s Sharpton for you. No mention that bit about swerving over the lines into oncoming traffic or running the red light directly in front of a police cruiser.

Man Caught On Videotape Having Sex With a Horse

I actually feel sorry for this fellow. He evidently is not mentally the brightest bulb in the lamp. And, in his own way, he truly regrets actions that he seems unable to control.

I tend to cover such human indecent acts with animals on this True Crime Blog, not for yuks. It’s just that animals are innocent, they can’t call 911, and I don’t think they especially enjoy intimacy with humans in this manner. It’s important that human beings engaging in this behavior be thrown in the slammer both for preservation of our humanity but also for protection of the animals. Goodness knows how bad this situation would be if there were no punishment meted out for it.

A Longs man was sentenced to three years in prison Wednesday after pleading guilty to a charge related to having sexual intercourse with a Conway woman’s horse.

Rodell Vereen, 50, was charged in July with buggery and trespassing after the woman found him in her barn at Lazy B Stables in the Wampee community of Horry County, police said. The woman held him by pointing a shotgun at him until police arrived.

Verren should spend some of his upcoming prison time in serious prayer. It could help.

Italians and the CIA

So a bunch of American CIA types caught some Muslim terrorist type back in 2003 on the streets of Milan. They shipped this guy off to Egypt where he is alleged to have been tortured.

Let’s waste no words here. America does not torture unless you count panties on the head or water being poured into nostrils with no danger to life as torture. Egyptians and other assorted countries WILL torture certain prisoners, and they likely will do so for America upon request. I suspect this is something done when a prisoner is seriously believed to have information that might cause many deaths.

I knew this was a joke when some fellow named Mike German appeared on the Glen Beck show on 11/6/09 saying that the CIA should have been found guilty by Italy. German is from the ACLU and right there you have a lefty crazy.

Now I want to see if Italy comes over here, grabs our citizens to take them back and put them in an Italian jail.

Couple Steals Airline Luggage

The thing that worries me about this story, other than a mild amusement that someone got such a great criminal idea, so easy to do, is how easy these people got themselves into airline luggage areas. The return from the crime, as one might imagine, is questionable. I think they probably often get a bunch of dirty underwear and shaving gear in return for their labors.

What I wonder is suppose some Islamonut gets it into his or her head to send off a suitcase packed with explosions INTO an airplane? If these people got into the luggage area so easily to take stuff AWAY, how easy is it to get suitcases INTO an airplane?

I understand that luggage is x-rayed for bombs and such before putting onto an airplane but criminals, especially the fine, fine Islamonuts, are very patient. If there’s a loophole in the procedure, as obviously there is here when folks can walk off with any suitcase not their own, the terrorists will figure it out.

Mauricio Fernandez was being sworn in again as mayor of San Pedro Garza Garcia, one of northern Mexico's most exclusive communities, when he announced to his cheering supporters: "Black Saldana, who apparently is the one who was asking for my head, was found dead today in Mexico City."

Only, ahem, at the time of Fernandez’ speech, Saldana’s body had not yet been discovered. Ole Mauricio will be going to jail instead of City Hall.

I always heard about corrupt Mexicans but this really illustrates the depravity of their electoral system.

For if they elect dumb mayors like this then there is no hope.

According to the story, this poor fellow had doused himself with petrol and his house where his wife and her alleged lover were inside. All the while he threatened to burn it all to a crisp.

So why on earth did he douse HIMSELF with petrol? Was it an accident? Cause when he lit that match it was the cuckolded husband who burnt to a crisp while the cheating wife and her lover suffered only from a bit of smoke inhalation.

Or could this fellow’s wife be lying about it? Could SHE have doused her husband with gasoline and set the poor guy on fire?

True Crime-Gary Condit-Why Is Another Fellow Being Charged With His Crime? Much More.

Couple of updates on some old crimes in this True Crime post, one really old but desperately in need of a revisit.

I speak of Gary Condit, that congress critter who lied endlessly about his relationship with Chandra Levy and his activities in the days leading up to her disappearance.

Chandra Levy’s body was found. Now some pathetic immigrant has been charged with Chandra’s murder. Is yet another injustice in the making here?

Two mystery crimes grab the headlines-one a 9 year old murdered by a 15 year old and another involving a 15 year old rape victim whose torment was witnessed by many fine folks who couldn’t bother to call 911.

The horrific human who led the murderous torture rampage on Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom finally gets sentenced.

Stupid criminals, much more.

Chandra Levy-The Wrong Person Has Been Charged With Her Murder

Chandra Levy was last seen alive on 4/30/01.

When her parents had not heard from her for a couple of days, Chandra’s Aunt brought up the name of Gary Condit, a California congress critter, who Chandra had been dating. Chandra’s Aunt promised she would not reveal her confidence to anyone but when Chandra went missing the Aunt thought it prudent to reveal Chandra’s confession that she was having an affair with Condit.

From May through the attacks of 9/11/01, the newspapers were filled with the glare of this formerly unknown “Blue Dog” congressman as questions and suspicions about Condit’s possible complicity in the disappearance of Chandra Levy were put to public scrutiny. Gary Condit is possibly the only American to actually benefit from the attacks of 9/11/01 in that just like this, poof, Condit’s story left the front pages of the newspapers.

Now, years after the fact, it’s a bit of a hoot to note that the fine, fine Dan Rather, now retired in disgrace for his lying “fake but accurate” expose of President Bush, was the ONLY newscaster to not cover the Gary Condit story for over five months. Kind of amusing in retrospect. At the time Rather was viewed as above the fray, beyond dabbling in such prurient types of news stories. Now we know Rather was protecting another Democrat as he has done his entire life.

Thanks to some posters on FreeRepublic, and some of my own research. I can cobble together a list of circumstances that point to really strange behavior by Gary Condit in the days following Chandra’s disappearance. I’ve covered many murder true crimes on this Blog but I was not a Blogger when the Chandra Levy murder came down, so I thought this a fine time to revisit the facts and the crime of charging another man for the murder.

Gary Condit was quite the ladies’ man, his fine, fine handsome self. In fact, after the Chandra story broke, a flight attendant with whom Condit was also having an affair, emerged. Condit asked Anne Marie Smith to lie about his relationship with her because Gary Condit is not only quite possibly a murderer, the guy can lie with the best of them. Comes from all those years of being a congress critter.

Condit always had Chandra meet him with no ID on her. They went to great lengths to meet secretly in his apartment. Condit told Chandra to tell anyone in his building who should ask that she was there to meet a sick relative. Chandra never got off the elevator on Condit’s floor.

Police discovered all of Chandra’s ID, her wallet, her cell phone, still in her apartment after she went missing. How likely is a young woman to leave all this behind unless this was part of a pre-plan? Chandra’s computer was also found to have been used for a search of Rock Creek Park. Chandra’s body was found in Rock Creek Park.

Chandra left a message on her Aunt’s phone on the day she went missing, something to the effect that she had really exciting news and an urge for her Aunt to call her back quickly.

Chandra’s parents, in their desperation to find their missing daughter, contacted Gary Condit after learning about her relationship with the congressman from Chandra’s Aunt. Condit said he had no idea where Chandra went, that he and Chandra were just friends. Condit said he would contact the DC police to help find Chandra but he did no such thing. Note Condit denied having sort of affair with Chandra until he could no more. Lies, lies and more lies. He lied until he got caught.

Condit was a congress critter. Congress types have meetings with constituents, scheduled votes, appointments with the media. Their movements are tracked closely. On the day Chandra disappeared, no one has any proof whatsoever where Condit was all day.

In an effort to create an alibi, Condit declared that he met with a reporter on the day Chandra disappeared but he got caught. The reporter had proof that the date of the meeting with Condit was not the day Condit said it was. Condit has NO alibi for the afternoon Chandra went missing, goodness you think there’d be SOME proof of his whereabouts for almost eight hours or some part thereof, wouldn’t you?

Under public pressure, Condit did finally take a lie detector test but get this, it was a PRIVATE test, rejected completely by the DC police as invalid.

Throughout the frenzy of those five months following Chandra’s disappearance the stories about Condit continued on and on. Condit was into kinky sex practices came some accusations. A phone call to Anne Marie Smith, his flight attendant lover, was traced to somewhere in West Virginia. Never, through it all, did anything definitive come forth that cleared Condit from any complicity in the crime.

Plenty came out that seemed to point the finger directly at him. Had the attacks of 9/11/09 not taken all public attention away from Condit, I don’t doubt that a serious circumstantial case would eventually have been filed against Condit. Chandra’s body was eventually discovered in Rock Creek Park but it was so decomposed that no cause of death could be determined. The body was not discovered until AFTER the attacks of 9-11-01 and this fact took some of the heat off of arresting Condit.

From the NY Times, in May 0f 2002, an immigrant, Ingmar Guandique, was picked up for questioning in the search for the killer of Chandra Levy.
In their search for clues in the death of Chandra Ann Levy, the police turned their attention today to a man convicted of assaulting two other female joggers in Rock Creek Park. The judge who locked him up called the man ''predatory,'' and prosecutors said he had used the park as a ''hunting ground.''

Charles H. Ramsey, chief of the Washington police department, said that Mr. Guandique was not the only suspect and that there was nothing to link him to Ms. Levy.

Note that DC Police Chief Charles Ramsey, at the time, said there was nothing to link him to Chandra Levy in any manner.

So how come, in March 2009, , Ingmar Guandique was charged with the murder of Chandra Levy?
A jailed laborer from El Salvador has been charged with first-degree murder in what had been one of the nation's great unsolved mystery cases: the 2001 slaying of Washington intern Chandra Levy.

I’ve got a bridge to sell, cheap, to anyone who a)thinks this pathetic fellow killed Chandra and b)thinks this guy will ever be tried for killing Chandra.

The Washington Post tries mightily to paint Guandique as some sort of serial killer. Indeed, Guandique had serious problems adjusting to life in America. He did not speak English and could only obtain menial jobs. In desperation he robbed an apartment that landed him in jail. Guandique was in this country illegally so right there why wasn’t he deported back home?

Guandique was arrested, tried and convicted for attacks on two female joggers in Rock Creek Park but in both cases the would-be victims got away. Guandique supposedly threatened them with a knife but as a criminal this guy was hardly Jack the Ripper. Guandique did not kill his would-be victims and he did not hurt them. He never even had a chance to properly rob them.

Guandique was sentenced to ten years in jail for these crimes and there you go. Sitting in jail is the perfect scapegoat for charging in the death of Chandra Levy.

Why on earth did the DC Chief of Police not charge Guandique back in 2002 after Chandra’s body was found and there was sure plenty of public pressure to solve the crime at that time? Now Chief Ramsey is retired and the DC police, hey, I don’t know, maybe they want to clear this crime off of their books. Because right after this debacle of an investigation by the DC police, the DC Sniper got to shooting innocent people and the DC cops, they could use some good PR.

It turns out that this pathetic Guandique actually confessed to killing Chandra, claiming Condit paid him to do it. A subsequent lie detector test cast all kinds of aspersions on this claim. It would seem to this humble Blogger, as I’m sure it does to the sophisticated DC police, that this Guandique is a loser all around.

So why did they charge him for a crime I know the DC cops know he didn’t commit? Of course it’s very convenient. The guy is in jail anyway. No trial has been scheduled and hey, some legal beagles are getting big bucks to defend Guandique for a crime everyone knows he did not commit.

Turns out it was a jailhouse snitch who turned in Guandique.. Associated Content, below, pretty much sums up the very questionable “case” against Ingmar Guandique.
Last July, the Washington Post reported that Ingmar Guandique had told investigators that Gary Condit had paid him to kill Chandra Levy. Investigators were somewhat skeptical about that story. They subjected the informant to a polygraph test and found that he was being deceptive about Condit's involvement in the crime, but results were a little more inconclusive about whether Ingmar Guandique did it or not.

At the time of the polygraph test, investigators had ruled out Ingmar Guandique as a suspect in the Chandra Levy murder. What new evidence has emerged that has suddenly made Ingmar Guandique a suspect again is open to speculation.

Most likely the only “justice” Gary Condit will ever get for his complicity in the murder of Chandra Levy, and make no mistake I’ve no doubt at all that he was very complicit in her murder, is how his constituents ousted him come next election after Chandra’s body was found.

Cause we have common sense out here in la-la land where we carry this country on our backs. Maybe there would never be enough evidence to bring Condit to trial for Chandra’s murder but no law whatsoever says they had to re-elect the guy.

Which they did not. Condit’s punishment might be, until he stands before God on judgement day, will be his banishment into oblivion and all things considered, it’s as fair as anything.

I’ll sell that bridge to the lowest bidder when this pathetic Guandique goes on trial. He’s in jail for ten years, two of which are already gone by. Somebody’s got to let this guy out of jail or perform an even bigger crime of charging the wrong guy for the death of Chandra Levy at about five years down the road.

It won’t happen. This guy getting arrested for that crime is now flying under the radar. Let this case go to trial and the world will be happy to revitalize the frenzy of the congress critter and the dead intern. And maybe this time there won’t be a major attack on the country to take the glare off of the real murderer.

The Fine, Fine Roman Polanski

I’ve been keeping up on the matter of that fine fellow who rapes young teenagers, recent posts on this Blog on this subject HERE and HERE.

Samantha's testimony that day was unequivocal: She had kept trying to get away from him, putting her clothes back on, saying no repeatedly. She had made up a lie about having asthma to get out of a Jacuzzi. He persisted. She was scared. She did not physically fight him off. He began to have sex with her, then, concerned she might get pregnant, switched to anal sex. When he drove her home, he told her not to tell her mom, adding, "You know, when I first met you, I promised myself I wouldn't do anything like this with you."

To those fine Hollywood folk who defend this pervert, dear Lord, have they not sisters, daughters, mothers, any female kin in their lives that should not have to suffer the humiliation that this young girl suffered with the fine, fine Roman Polanski?

Some day, if the liberal perverts have their way, such as anally raping a thirteen-year old will be just another day at the office. As the fine, fine Roman Polanski his own self said “Everyone wants to F__K young girls”.

I don’t think the day has yet come and those who defend him will suffer for their bad choice.

What’s the Truth Behind That Airplane Story?

WASHINGTON – The Federal Aviation Administration on Tuesday revoked the licenses of the two Northwest Airlines pilots who overshot their Minneapolis destination by 150 miles.

The pilots — Timothy Cheney of Gig Harbor, Wash., the captain, and Richard Cole of Salem, Ore., the first officer — told safety investigators they were working on their personal laptop computers and lost track of time and place.

Notice how much this fellow resembles George W. Bush.

I suppose that technically this is NOT a True Crime. In that no one has been charged with a crime although both the pilot and co-pilot did lose their licenses to fly, at least temporarily. Still it should be a True Crime to be working a laptop while flying an airplace cause such a thing is sure illegal to be doing whilst driving a car.

So okay, these guys say they were all busy with their laptop computers and even though the radio was squawking away to get one of them to talk, even though the flight attendant was banging on the cockpit door, even though they overflew their destination by 150 miles, they were just so involved with their laptops that oops, they didn’t hear a thing.

This is a lie pure and simple, it’s a lie.

Those guys were sleeping in that cockpit, believe what you want. But I don’t see someone so involved with working on their laptop that they don’t hear that radio screaming to be heard, that they ignore the knocking on the cockpit door. I might believe that someone would over-fly their destination for five, maybe ten miles, with such an involvement with the laptop computer but not 150 miles, 91 minutes. I got a bridge to sell anyone who believes this.

What, were they playing a computer game of some sort that had BOTH of these guys all deep in the goings-on of the laptop? Were they surfing the web all deep in the arguments of their idealology that the pleading voices over the radio were mute to BOTH of these guys? Were they reading and composing email with such a passion that the frantic knocks on the cockpit door were unheard by BOTH of these fellows?

The other morning, I forget where and when, but most likely it was on Fox & Friends in the morning, some airline guy or another was on and he said that this stuff goes on all the time. According to this fellow, pilots fall asleep quite frequently, their schedules are tough and tight, that this sad story could be avoided if pilots weren’t forced to fly so long and with so little rest.

Well I don’t know about all that but this guy thought those guys in the cockpit were sleeping and didn’t buy that involved laptop surfing either.

”Social Worker” Mom Posts Sex Ad Using 9 Year Old Girl’s Home Phone Number

I suppose that social workers do all sorts of things but it’s a job title that I associate with compassionate representatives of the government who rescue the abused in our society, especially the helpless ones.

So this dipwad wants to punish another child who fought with her child. So she puts an advertisement on Craigslist alluding to sex for hire. She provides the 9-year-old child’s home address and phone number to all responders to this ad.

Couldn’t Take the Crap Any More and Gets 31 Years For It

31 years this guy gets for his fine and noble revenge on those who would not grant him a mistrial. The argument was, for this very intelligent fellow who was originally on trial for home-invasion, that the jurors had seen him in his jailhouse restraints (ie handcuffs) and he should therefore be granted a mistrial.

So he brings in a bag of feces, smears it on HIS lawyer, goodness that’s almost a smile if it weren’t so awful, and throws it at the jurors.

Man this was just such a smart move my mind boggles as to why other criminals didn’t think of it before this.

What’s the Story With Elizabeth Olten?

Nancy Grace was quite angry on the night of 10/27/09. Not that Nancy Grace isn’t in a state of perpetual anger so consider that note a tongue in cheek comment on Nancy’s emotional status.

Elizabeth Olten is a 9-year old girl whose body was discovered just recently. I don’t think I’ve ever heard a True Crime murder spoken in so many symbols, hushes and non-words as this one. I consider myself adept at reading between the lines and as best as I can deduce:

-Elizabeth did not return home after playing in a home nearby with a friend.
-Elizabeth was murdered by a 15-year-old girl who lived in the home of this “friend”.
-Elizabeth’s body was found via a “tip” as to the location of the corpse; the corpse was well-hidden and was not found in the initial search.

What’s not known is:
- the name of the 15-year-old alleged murderer; we assume this is because she is a minor
- -why or how Elizabeth was killed
- -who gave the tip that led to the discovery of Elizabeth’s body
- -what was the motive for killing Elizabeth
- -what is the relationship of the 15 year old to Elizabeth’s friend. It’s not at all clear if she is a relative of the friend or just “living” in the same home.

Whatever the answers are, and they will be known soon enough, this is a very tragic death. Elizabeth had a bright future and she had a right to live it. The details of this case will be known soon I suspect.

Death Penalty Given to Ringleader Killer in Torture/Murder of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom

I used to teach an evening writing class in my local school district and one of my students was a young liberal lass who I really could not stand.

Still and so she signed on to my class and I treated her with civility.

As part of the course I has the students read my Blog and even start a Blog of their own. I thought it was a good way to get them to start writing on a regular basis.

This fine liberal lass said she could not bear to read my True Crime posts as she is just too “sensitive” for the subject matter.

Well hey, I understand the subject matter is not for everyone but it is a subject matter that intrigues many people, even if they are not proud of it.

But even the very jaded will get sick over the story of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom. For if ever there was a murderous rampage of such momentous proportions that nothing but the death penalty will do, it is this case.

KNOXVILLE - The gates of Tennessee's only death row prison opened wide for Lemaricus Davidson tonight, hours after a Knox County jury sentenced him to die for his role as the ringleader in the January 2007 carjacking, torture and killings of Channon Christian and Christopher Newsom.

I can’t even bear to think about what the final days of Channon were like. She was forced to drink Drano. She was raped repeatedly for several days. Her body was found covered with plastic, stuffed in a trashcan. She died from suffocation. Which means that she was alive when the fine fellows (and a woman!) who did this to her finally got tired and covered her with plastic to stop her breathing and threw her in the trash. Channon lived through days of torture and I do now understand my liberal lass student and her sensitivity.

Nonetheless somebody, a bunch of somebodies actually, did this to Channon. Her boyfriend, Christopher, was killed much sooner, but his penis was cut off and it is said that he was raped while Channon was forced to watch. The couple had been sitting in their car talking, like boyfriend and girlfriend do, when this gang hijacked their car and went on their torturing, murdering rampage.

There are bad people, really, really bad people, in this society. If we are too sensitive to mind what the bad people around us are doing and insuring proper justice then it might happen to us for failure to act.

I have very mixed emotions on the death penalty but if nothing else, rarely does one sentenced to death ever get out of prison and the fine, fine Lemariacus Davidson should, at the least, have to spend the rest of his days locked away from human society for no human would do what this fellow did. His mother must be so very proud of him.

Teenager Raped Outside of School Dance for 2.5 Hours

Here’s another story brewing for which so little is known as of this writing.

First, the first perp arrested for this crime, below.

Investigators say as many as 20 people were involved in or stood and watched the gang rape of a 15-year-old girl outside a California high school homecoming dance Saturday night.

What I know so far about this crime is:
-it happened outside of a school dance of some sort. The victim was an attendee at this homecoming dance.
-the 15 year old victim was found raped and beaten, naked from the waist down.
-the victim was allegedly raped over a 2.5 hour period
-a crowd gathered and watched the rape. No one called 911.
-the crime was finally reported when another girl heard one of the victim’s attackers bragging about the crime.

There are a lot of details about this crime that as of yet unknown. Who were the fine folks who gathered and watched this crime but couldn’t bother calling for help? It was reported that the victim was very drunk and/or drugged. This is very possible and probably caused ease of rape on the girl. But where were the dance chaperones when this crime was going on, supposedly right outside of the school? Was there a lot of drinking going on at this high school dance?

So far it’s unclear that even if it would be possible to finger anybody who watched this crime but failed to act, it’s unclear if there is even a law for which to charge them. In California, as I hear, there is no law forcing people to report criminal activity or else be charged for the crime of failing to do so.

I listened to some silly liberal pundit on one of the Sunday talk show. The question was posed as to how society should handle this sort of thing; how to encourage and/or shame people to not stand around and watch a crime in progress but maybe, I don’t know, just throwing it out there, reporting it.

The learned psychologist of some sort waxed on about how we need to get our schools teaching to report a crime in progress…yada, yada, yada.

This really stupid blowhard response left me with nothing to do but scream at the TV…THIS WHOLE THING HAPPENED AT A DAMN SCHOOL STUPID! The adults at the school didn’t bother to report the crime.

The last thing we need to do is turn over the notion of common decency and humanity to our schools for God’s sake! How about the parents do their job? And yeah, time to put folks who enjoy watching a crime in progress in jail. There they can talk for hours on end with criminals who will regale them with crimes perpetrated in their fine pasts. This will make those inhuman voyeurs happy.

Paying $9,000 to Die

Neither of the strange death instances listed below are, as of yet, technically crimes, although the sweat lodge deaths are being treated as a homicide according to local investigators.

Three people died while in a “sweat lodge” ceremony in Arizona.

I used to share a ride to work with a woman who was half Native-American and she went to a sweat lodge ceremony every year. She described it to me as very cleansing, an experience that brought her close to God.

These three folks who died may, or may not, now be closer to God but seriously, there’s something just not right about this story.

Besides the three people who died, nearly two dozen people were in need of hospital treatment. There were over 50 people crowded inside this little tent thing about three feet high at its highest point.

As I understand they put hot rocks on a fire and everyone sits inside and, eh, sweats.

So go with me here, three people sitting inside of this little thing and obviously they’re hurting. They hurt enough to die, right? Now we hear two dozen other people had to be hospitalized and go with me again, but they were probably hurting too?

I mean when I get very hot I really suffer. This could be just me, I understand but I find it hard to believe that three people died in such an awful situation and they didn’t feel that something was wrong.

And the fellow who arranged this thing charged these folks upwards from $9,000 for this ceremony although I suppose they could get a refund or something.

The following story isn’t quite so nefarious sounding but it is odd. It seems that there was a marathon in Detroit and three people dropped dead during the run, HERE.
DETROIT — Autopsies were planned Monday a day after three half-marathoners collapsed during the Detroit marathon and died, organizers said.

Now just as soon as I read this story I figured somebody was out on the streets of Detroit killing people in this marathon, maybe a nut, somebody with a grudge against runners, who knows.

But no, folks, a man 65 years old, another fellow of a tender 36 years of age and a really young man of only 26 years go on, all of them dead!

The autopsy revealed that the runners died of natural causes but…well I’m just so surprised.
Autopsies were inconclusive Monday on the bodies of Rick Brown, 65, of Marietta, Ohio; Daniel Langdon, 36, of Laingsburg in central Michigan; and Jonathan Fenlon, 26, of Waterford, northwest of Detroit. The Wayne County medical examiner has requested toxicology tests.

Pignapping-They Stole the Pig, Slaughtered It and Ate It

This is really a sad story.
Corpus Christi police arrested an Abilene man Friday. Officers also have questioned a Calallen man who said he took a Calallen FFA student’s pig, slaughtered it and ate it. That man has yet to be arrested.

The kid is raising a pig at the local college and four smart alecs steal the pig. Sure enough the cops get a tip and upon entry to the alleged pignapper’s house they find pieces of chopped up pig in the house.

I mean what…these fellows were so hungry that had to steal this kid’s pig that he’d raised with hopes of winning a scholarship?

Somebody donated a new pig for the kid but seriously, those guys must have thought they were too cute by half. Their mothers must be so proud of them.

The Balloon Boy Hoax

It’s official. The mother of the so-called “Balloon Boy” admitted to authorities that the whole balloon incident was a deliberately planned hoax planned and put into place by her own pathetic self and that nut of a husband.
DENVER — The mother of the 6-year-old boy once feared missing inside a runaway helium balloon admitted the whole saga was a hoax, according to court documents released Friday.

Mayumi Heene told sheriff's deputies that she and her husband Richard "knew all along that Falcon was hiding in the residence" in Fort Collins, according to an affidavit used to get a search warrant for the home.

Last I heard the Dad, who denies all charges so I’m thinking his poor long-suffering wife was probably told she’d go down with her nutcase husband if she didn’t fess up, might face charges punishable by up to six years in the slammer.

I hope that somebody took a long hard look at those boys in that nuthouse. I don’t, as in this article, necessarily think the boys should be boom, just removed from their home.
Does Richard Heene actually have to put Falcon in the balloon before Colorado takes those kids away?

We've had enough of this couple, who thought it would be fun to fool the country into believing their 6-year-old son was in that runaway balloon - a hoax that had us all holding our breath.

I do think it would be wise to have a professional spend some time with those poor boys because the big clue was that little boy throwing up twice under innocent media questioning.

I’d ordinarily throw a snarky barb at the media’s compliance in this matter but hey, a little kid stuck in a balloon flying above the clouds, that IS a news story.

It’s enough of a news story that more than just Fox news covered it. Heh.

Man Arrested for Being Naked In His Own Home

There’s a bit of confusion about this story as told by Hotair.com:
The woman told police it was 8:40 a.m. when she was walking her son to school along a path between houses. She said they first spotted Williamson naked in an open door in the car port of his home.
She also told police that Williamson then walked across the house to a large window, facing the way she was walking.

Fox originally presented this story, video of same below, as a property rights story. Fox even called up this pervert and you’d think he was Jesus Christ come again.

First, I got a garage. The thing has a great big old door. Now if I’m standing in this garage, without clothes, well technically I AM, please note, in my own house.

All sorts of school children walk by my house and lookit, standing there, naked, just hanging around minding my own business in my own damn garage you gonna arrest me?

See, the fellow never mentioned that while he had been spotted naked in his house, oddly, often in front of big windows that face the public street, in the case where he finally got arrested he was standing naked in HIS CARPORT!

Now Obama really has a case against Fox because they packaged this story as if this was just a guy running down the hallway to the shower without bother of clothing when it was nothing like this. This is a guy who considers it a real hoot to time his period of nudity at exactly the same time someone is walking by. He also likes to hang out in his carport naked now why is this?

Like my husband says …the devil is in the details.

Somer Thompson’s Body Found in Landfill-somer thompson

I first heard that 7 year old Somer Thompson was missing via a morning Fox show on Wednesday-10/21/09. A press conference was being televised. Somer’s mother was featured during this press conference. She was sobbing and begging for the return of Somer.

It was the prior Monday when Somer was walking home with her sister and twin brother from a mile-long trek from school. She got into some sort of tiff with one of her siblings then skipped ahead and out of sight of her sister.

Somer was never seen again.

On Thursday, her body was found.

CLAY COUNTY, Fla. (WOFL FOX 35) - Authorities searched two landfills for a body in connection with missing north Florida girl Somer Thompson . Officials say they found the body of a small child in a landfill in the Chesser Island landfill in Folkston Georgia, but have not yet positively identified the remains.

First, this was absolutely some terrific police work. At times perhaps I don’t congratulate police department for difficult investigations and this was one very difficult investigation.

The police figured that whoever might have brought harm to Somer would likely have thrown her body into a trash receptacle. The police then traced down trash pickup times and landfills of delivery. In the case of Somer’s neighborhood, it seems trash is taken to two local landfills although I’m not at all clear why or how this works.

For now and in the usual manner of these investigations, police sources are mum as to possible suspects. Which leaves Bloggers such as me with nothing to do but speculate. I think it’s very telling how quickly the police honed in on the trash angle. After all there’s always woods and stuff around SOMEWHERE. Except to dump a body in the woods, especially in an area filled with apartments and housing developments like the area around Somer’s house, you’d probably need a car to port and dump a body somewhere in the outskirts of the area.

So I figure the cops got someone without a car in their sights. Now I could be wrong as I’m speculating here, folks, just speculating.

If an adolescent school kid, also walking home from school on that day Somer disappeared, somehow saw Somer skipping along by herself, for example, and that adolescent did harm to Somer and needed to get rid of her body afterwards, the likely and easiest disposal method would be, I’m thinking the local dumpsters.

Apartment complexes always have those dumpsters in the parking lots and if this adolescent lived in such an apartment he or she would likely know trash pickup times and days. A teenaged boy would probably be real knowledgeable about this sort of thing, perhaps himself charged with dumping the family trash.

Somer’s siblings would likely know other school kids who walk the same route home after school and soon enough the police would be questioning all so named.

My guess for now, based on pure speculation and likely to be wrong as it is to be right, is that Somer met her sad fate at the hands of some weird and troubled adolescent also walking home from school that day.

20 Year Old VA Tech Student Missing

Note that the police in this missing student incident are NOT searching in landfills. Or at least it’s not being reported that way and given the circumstances, searching landfills might not be the way to go to find missing Morgan Harrington.

Morgan Harrington , as best as I can compile from the dearth of news about her, went somewhere during a concert she was at with some friends and never met up with her friends again.
Police searched Tuesday for a Virginia Tech student who hasn't been seen since she was separated from her friends at a Metallica concert Saturday.

Morgan Dana Harrington, 20, was last seen near the John Paul Jones Arena in Charlottesville. Her parents said they talk to her every day and her disappearance is very out of character.

What’s very nefarious about Harrington’s disappearance is that her cell phone and ID were found. This young woman would not have left willingly to go anywhere without these items. Also, oddly, the battery had been removed from her cell phone. I can’t imagine what this means except as an attempt to hide any calls she made from investigators. Still it would only require a new battery to access that information, right?

There is a $100,000 reward offered for information leading to Morgan’s disappearance.

Dave Letterman Sex Video Might Be Revealed

TALK-SHOW host David Letterman has been recorded on tape having sex with a female staff member - and he is worried that the footage will eventually be leaked, it's reported today.

Seems like the best dish on that awful smarmy Dave Letterman comes from the British or Austrailian press.

I knew there was way more to this story than met my lying eyeballs. Recall when this story first broke Letterman was eliciting sympathy from the public with his sob about being blackmailed, how his wife was angry with him, (duh), how he “had sex” (never “made love”, “Had affairs”…something a little less cold) with some staffers, how sorry he was.

I cannot stand Dave Letterman and now I dislike him even more. Even though, technically, HE is the victim of the crime.

First, ole Dave left out a whole lot of details with his sob story. Like how one of his staffers was over twenty years younger than him and how he kept up that relationship even after he married his wife and mother of his son. Or how the fellow blackmailing Dave was the victim of Dave’s deceit in that it was HIS live-in girlfriend who continued with the affair with Dave. Now we have that little matter of the sex tape because evidently ole Dave is such a horny stud dude that he pulled his pants down most anywhere, forgetting about such as surveillance cameras that were likely NOT in Dave’s dressing room or other private places where a loving couple would likely engage in intimacy. I suspect that ole Dave would drop his drawers, much like his hero Bill Clinton, and demand oral sex on a whim and once he did so in front of a video camera.

Heh.

I really dislike Dave and his nastiness to Sarah Palin and yes, I like Sarah Palin but couple of things here. The “Top Ten List” he gave below about Sarah Palin was put on air a full seven months after the damn election but skuzzy Dave couldn’t leave the woman be. And let’s not forget his fine, fine joke about Sarah Palin’s daughter, who did have a baby out of wedlock, like that’s never happened anywhere in America before and for sure is the stuff of yuks regarding baseball players and getting knocked up.

He’s a bad, rude man this Dave Letterman and I hope his wife leaves him and I hope he loses his job and I hope he gets a lesson in humility.

May the fleas of a thousand cames infest his armpits.

Fellow Happens to Fall Out of 17th Floor Window at UN Building

All I have is this little blurb but hey, if no other Blogger covers it, at least I did on this Blog read by two to three people every day.

A British nuclear expert has plunged to his death from the 17th floor of a United Nations HQ, just as top-level talks with Iran began.
The 47-year-old official, only identified so far as Timothy H, toppled about 120ft from the UN's building in the Austrian capital yesterday.

He is believed to have been a member of the Comprehensive Nuclear Test Ban Treaty Organisation and was due to take part in the UN-Iran discussions starting today.

Now how likely is that we go falling out of a 17th story window? It’s not like this happened at a Christmas party or something when a bit too much of the bubbly had the fellow sticking his head out the window for air.

This is a nuclear weapons expert and this happened just as talks were to gear up over Iran and nukes.

He fell out of the window, folks! At the UN building!

Caught Wearing Black Bra on Face As Disguise

Serious folks. This fellow could not afford a proper mask like three of his co-thieves had and he had to wear a bra on his face.

Teachers Gone Bad

This teacher got ten years for having sex with four teenage boys.

This teacher really takes the cake. He is facing charges of allowing a seven-year-old girl to see him naked. His defense is that he did it at the girl’s request.
A former Dixie High School teacher awaiting trial on sexual battery charges now faces new sex-related charges. According to the Deseret News, court records show that 63-year old, Ronald Sherman faces charges in Iron County for allowing a seven-year old girl to see him naked. He told investigators it was at the girl’s request. Records indicate that Sherman now faces new charges of aggravated sexual abuse of a child and lewdness involving a child. Sherman already is accused of inappropriately touching students in his Dixie High ceramics class in 2007. He resigned from teaching and has pleaded not guilty to sexual battery charges in Washington County.

These people are teaching our kids folks! And now they’re blaming our kids for requesting they go naked, has he no shame?

Plus the school rule that allows liberals to keep their talking points while throwing common sense out the window. A Delaware 6-year old almost expelled for wanting to eat his pudding and a new “deadly” weapon involving food.

It’s been a bad week for rapists folks, with one killed in the act, literally with his pants down and another caught for the reward.

Long Island cops stopped a terrifying abduction -- gunning down a hooded kidnapper after witnesses saw him snatch a woman from a supermarket parking lot and sexually assault her, police said yesterday.

The rapist got caught in the act, literally with his pants down. When cops cornered his car, containing the terrified abducted victim, the fine fellow evidently decided to take on the cops with a pellet gun.

The guy is dead now, folks, saving us all the time and trouble of a trial.

Now here’s a husband any woman would be proud of.

Adam Manning decides to cop a feel of the nurse’s breast as the nurse was pushing his pregnant and very much in labor wife to the delivery room.

Amanda Knox Trial Now Active In Italy

I covered the story of Amanda Knox on this Blog HERE.

Amanda Knox had a boyfriend as she attended college in Italy, a weird fellow with an obsession for knives. Amanda Knox also had a roommate, Meredith. Amanda and Amanda’s weird boyfriend also had other weird friends, very much into drugs.

One night Amanda’s roommate turns up very dead. Amanda’s blood ends up somehow mixed in with Meredith’s blood and Amanda’s footprint is found in Meredith’s blood.

Which is a bit amazing if you believe poor Amanda’s parents who have just about went bankrupt trying to defend Amanda, who is guilty as sin as I see it.

Understand here that this crime happened in Italy and in typical American superiority fellow U.S. citizens do not think that an Italian court can properly try this case and Amanda, an “honor student” as all stories about this crime like to point out, as if honor students never kill, simply HAS to be innocent.

I’ve been following this case closely, from an episode on CBS’ “60 Minutes” to the many stories professing Amanda’s innocence. I almost always have a tendency to trust prosecutors in these cases but from my extensive study of the True Crime genre, Amanda Knox is no innocent.

How the hell did Amanda’s blood and footprint get in her roommate’s blood?

The true story is a complex web involving a fellow Amanda and her fine knife-obsessed fellow met in a bar and other innocents that Amanda pointed to after changing her stories so many times she could almost be a fiction writer.

There’s also allegations that the Italian prosecutor is under indictment himself for some crime or another but that seems like a red herring. But there’s some confusion about this case to be sure, not the least of which is that it is being tried in a foreign country and not in a manner to which Americans are accustomed.

Amanda Knox loved Rafaelle Sollecito, at least she did once upon a time. Rafaelle Sollecito loved knives and liked “playing” with them. One night Amanda and Rafaelle got drunk and/or drugged up. Along with another friend they knew from the local bar scene, all of these fine folks thought it would be a hoot to cut up Meredith Kercher, Amanda’s roommate.

It’s a simple as that. In their drunk/drugged state none of these fine folks did a very good job of hiding the evidence. There’s pools of blood containing just about everyone’s DNA and at sometime during this blood thirsty orgy, Amanda stepped in Meredith’s blood and tracked it through the apartment.

I am quite sure the Italian court is prosecuting this case closely and to the letter of the law. They know the eyes of the U.S. are on them but no matter if she’s an honor student or plays soccer enthusiastically, if she killed her roommate and the evidence points that way I am quite sure Amanda’s got help from the FBI on this matter.

There’s not a single thing that leads me to believe “Foxy Knoxie” is innocent.

Muslim Teen Fearful For Her Life Ordered to Return Home

The story of Rifqa Bary has been on the news for some weeks now. Rifqa has converted to Christianity and is fearful of returning home for fear her parents might murder her in a Muslim “honor killing”. Converting to another religion is considered worthy of an honor killing for fundamental Muslims.

A 17-year old girl who fled from her home, fearing her Muslim parents would kill her for converting to Christianity, must go back to Ohio, a Florida judge ruled Tuesday.

There’s a couple of strange things about this story, folks. First, Rifqa’s parents emigrated from Sri Lanka originally to get medical treatment for Rifqa, who lost her eyesight in one eye due to an accident.

Second, there’s problems with this entire family’s immigration status in that Rifqa’s parents might be illegal immigrants. Unless they produce their green cards or some other proof of temporary visa this decision will change completely.

Third, the church in which Rifqa converted to Christianity is one featured on Facebook,

The Global Revolution Church.

There’s something a bit hinky about this church and this “conversion”.

Now churches do come in all packages and varieties but on Facebook?

Further, investigations by the authorities show no evidence that Rifqa’s concerns about honor killings has no basis in fact.

There have been terribly sad and horrific honor killings by Muslims in this country and no doubt it happens even more world wide. But it’s rare and if Rifqa’s parents did indeed come to this country specifically to seek help for Rifqa it doesn’t seem likely they’ll kill her, using common sense here. Besides, the eyes of the world will be on her to insure nothing happens to her.

I’m no fan of Muslims goodness knows but this whole thing tends to smell a bit.

For now, these folks need to get their immigration records straight. It might end up that the whole lot of them will end up back in Sri Lanka. Then Rifqa will have less protection more than likely than she would have here in the U.S.

How Excessive Political Correctness Led to Zero Tolerance

or…Common Sense Died That the Liberals Could Have Talking Points.

It was on all the news networks, the tale of the little boy, all of 6 years old, all happy about his new gadget that combines eating utensils on one handy little device, perfect for camping with his Cub Scout troop. This right here in mine own fine state of Delaware.

What we had here folks, was a terrorist, pure and simple. Indeed the wise Christiana school district invoked that joke called “zero tolerance” and determined that this young man should be put into an “alternate” school for 45 days. This, mind you, as President Obama struggles with releasing the Gitmo prisoners into our general populace AND as AG Eric Holder insists that our own CIA be investigated for “torturing” enemies of our country.

Well we HAD to eliminate such as common sense and good judgement with this so-called zero tolerance policy. Goodness we desperately need an unending supply of talking points to keep the blacks, Hispanics and other minorities in this country to continue feeling persecuted and it would not do to have any situation where a white kid goes loose for bringing a spoon to eat his pudding with a black kid sent home for carrying a bowie knife meant for use in a scheduled gang fight. No sirree…PUNISH THEM ALL!

We must send all home with no differentiation because the liberals, hey, they need their talking points. Further, the school folks all belong to unions and such as using common sense or actually making decisions and distinctions…well we can’t have that.

The only good thing that will come of this fine, fine liberal doctrine of zero tolerance is the publicity of the silliness of it.

Speaking of deadly weapons, heh, here we have a teen charged with throwing a deadly missile at a car. The weapon turned out to be a burrito.
